1. To be able to feel confident in clothes
2. To be able to buy cute clothes to wear
3. My boyfriend likes smaller girls
4. To be irresistible to my boyfriend
5. To get rid of the fat behind my hips
6. To no longer feel thighs touch when I walk
7. To be able to put on jeans and not have them feel tight
8. To have my thigh highs fit well
9. To be able to put on muscle and have it show
10. To be more attractive overall
11. My dyed hair will look better when I'm thin
12. My coworker is eating less
13. I will get there by eating less sugar, which is healthy
14. So I can feel confident next summer
15. To be able to wear a bikini
16. Its quite easy if I just put my mind to it

I have not exercised or stretched since my last post. I injured my back pretty bad, and school has come up, and I need to finish it before the 16th.
I think I'm falling back into disordered eating, but I can probably just do it for 2 to 3 weeks the go back to normal person weight loss calories, just so people dont worry. I know I'm fine, I just need to get through this.
My first goal weight is 130lbs.
After that, my next goal weight is 125 lbs.
I want to be 125-120 lbs and somewhat in shape by Valentines day. I want to be 120lbs and in shape by next summer.
I want to be hot and have my boyfriend think I'm hot.

I didnt exercise or stretch today. My back is hurting way too much for that.
I'm going to wear running shoes in the future for when I jump rope, this will hopefully prevent any further injury.
I'm going to go back to stretching tomorrow morning, hopefully my back will feel better then!!
I think I did okay with my diet today. I'm afraid I ate a bit too much, but I will continue to try to stick to it tomorrow. I feel like as long as I try to be consistent, it will work out in the end.

2/12/2020 w: 133lbs~~~8lbs away
Today when I woke up I couldn't stretch because my legs were so sore. I'm certain this is because of the jumping rope, but it still stinks.
Today when I exercised I was able to jump rope for 2 minutes straight!!! I am so proud, I couldn't do this a few days ago. In addition, I jumped rope for 10 minutes in total today!!!
I am making so much progress and I am very proud.
I also did 20 sit ups today. I didnt want to go further, though, as I just want to ease myself into more exercise.
I think I pushed myself too hard while jumping rope, because my lower left back is extremely sore. I can barely lean down to pick anything up!!
Anyways, I am sad that I was unable to stretch today. I will see if I can do it tomorrow!

Update:
Today I started the day by stretching for 15 minutes. I'm getting closer and closer to maintaining touching my toes, which I'm super happy about!!!
I also am able to jump rope for a minute straight!! I was unable to do this before, and I would get winded before then, usually around 30 seconds in. I didnt go for much longer, as I kept getting really bad cramps. Tomorrow I hope to push through these, though!!
I also did well with my diet today. Today is the first day I have really done well with it. With enough effort, I will hopefully be my goal weight in around 3 months, which is super exciting!! I just need to stick with it. 1200 feels like a great amount of food for me, and it doesnt feel like my body panics from a lack of food.
Anyways, I'm going to stretch again before I go to bed tonight. I'm excited!

Today was my first day *really* working out. I weigh around 135 pounds? I'm not certain as I havent weighed myself recently, but that is my guess.
I was only able to jump rope for 30-45 second intervals. I got cramps in my stomach and felt out of breath if I went for any longer than that.
After a few sessions of this, I would say I spent 5 minutes jumping rope in total. I had to sit down at one point because I felt so out of breath.
However, I'm proud. This is after 6 to 7 months of very little exercise, so it is lightyears better than nothing.
Today I am going to focus on stretching again before bed. Starting tomorrow, I am going to stretch twice a day: once when I wake up and once right before bed. This will probably equal 20 to 30 minutes of stretching a day.
Overall, I am proud and excited to finally become in shape.

I have a few goals, which I want to divide into short-term and long-term goals.

Short term:
Be able to jump rope for 3 minutes straight
Be able to jump rope for 5 minutes straight
Be able to do 20 push ups in a row
Be able to do 30 sit ups in a row
Be able to do 50 sit ups in a row
Long term goals:
Weigh 125-120 pounds (whichever I like more)
Have a lean looking body, not muscular
Be able to do aerobic exercise for 150 minutes a week
Be able to do side splits
Be able to do front splits on both sides
Be able to put my palms flat on the floor while touching my toes
