GLaDOS making herself an android body with a very articulate mouth so Chell can put her fingers in her mouth and learn how to talk since she's never done it before. It's a slow process, but Chell starts picking up on how to move her mouth the right way over time. GLaDOS, of course, definitely hates this whole interaction, and doesn't find it cute at all when Chell is excited about figuring out how to say something new. And it's not her fault that the cheap fans she sourced for her android body keep overheating whenever they do it.

Portal 2 makes a fantastic OCD allegory. You have to complete a bunch of complicated, arbitrary tasks that never seem to end and make you constantly feel like you're going to die, literally jumping through hoops to get the simplest tasks done.

And all the while, there's a voice looming over you saying nasty things and insisting you're a horrible person, and none of it is even slightly true, but that doesn't matter because you're stuck here completely at her mercy. There's another voice promising that you can escape if you just keep going. If you constantly watch your back and everything around you. He genuinely wants to help, but ultimately he has no idea what he's doing and he turns on you, making everything worse.
