Pedro is leaning into being more camp and queer presenting because of fans like you. His PR team have seen the opportunity to cater to fans that want him to be gay so badly, now they have him doing shoots that looks like gay porn. He was never like this before... Hope you are happy. 😒
lmao are the straights okay??
First of all queer fans simply existing and enjoying a fandom are not a threat to you so stop acting like we are. We have no more influence than anyone else on how a celebrity/their team chooses to present. Pedro is a fully grown man who acts how he wants to act and looks how he wants to look, and he is also a man who likes to express himself creatively and have fun with it (both fashion and personality wise!!) oh and btw he has not changed. He hasn’t. I’ve been in this fandom a long time and I promise you he has not changed how he presents.
Secondly I have NEVER stated that I think he is gay or anything else. I'll reiterate that I have no interest in speculating about any celebrities (or anyone else's) sexuality. That's not why I and most normal fans are here. We're here because we enjoy his talent and think he's a wonderful person, and because we want to talk about his characters, and that's that. I write & read queer stories for his FICTIONAL characters because I am a queer person and that is what makes me happy.
Also I don't think you know what gay porn is my dude 💀
Now fuck off. Fuck off queerphobes you are not welcome in this fandom.

why is sansa stark hating so common. like she's a little girl. she's terrified, she's trapped, she's being handed from one pedophile to the next, she saw her dad's head get cut off, she's alone, all her siblings are dead, her mom is dead, she's 11 years old, she's supposed to be making rubber band loom bracelets and listening to one direction, she's just a kid. all the most evil characters in the book hate her for no reason other than she's ned's kid. she's also a very smart, polite, and kind girl. she's preppy in the first book, but her greatest sin is what? being a girl? being a little girl? being a bit snooty (which she quickly gets beaten out of her anyway)? yall are horrible

Remember that it is officially disability pride month now. it is just as important as lgbtq+ pride month. we exist. we are being hurt by the system as it is now. we will not be silenced or placated. disabled is not a bad word.

Thinking about how stacks last words were "Smoke, I'm so scared. Love you."
Thinking about how Smoke pulls up Stack's pants to give him some dignity.
Thinking about how as he pulled up Stack's pants, he probably thought about dressing Stack to lay him to rest in his favorite suit and that may be part of the reason he snapped "this ain't no dead body, its Stack" at Annie to correct her and himself.
Thinking about how despite clearly telling Annie he doesn't believe in her hoodoo hours before, even cheap shotting her with asking "why didn't it protect our baby", he begs her for her power and skill to bring Stack back.
Thinking about how Smoke sits there holding Stack, his brother's blood covering him like the heaviest sin he's ever had to bear, not keeping Stack safe.
Thinking about how Smoke had gold on his teeth too on the other side, but we never get to hear people talking about it because he doesn't speak much and doesn’t smile until the very end, holding his daughter.
Thinking about how Smoke seems to almost view Stack's death as his own failure. How he can't go through with staking his little brother and cuts a deal. And how in doing that, Smoke allows himself to go handle Remmick, and later the Klan.
Thinking about how Smoke chose to stay behind and get rid of the klansmen. How all those people in the juke died on his watch, and he gets the opportunity to eliminate one more threat, and the excuse to not go on with the grief of being alone.
Thinking about Annie being the narrator even though the story doesn't follow her. Thinking about how she could be recounting the story to her baby while they wait for papa.
Thinking about Annie's wisdom and skill saving them at multiple points.
Thinking about how they all defer to Annie at once, no questions, and never dismiss her.
Thinking about how Annie's wisdom would have gotten them through the night. How Remmick saw that and knew that the weak links were going to be Grace and Smoke, playing their loved ones and facts against them.
Thinking about how Remmick seems to remember from cornbread in particular that Annie is clever and is thus a threat.
Thinking about how even though Annie is using Divination to foresee any hope, when she doesn't she meets that with understanding and grace as she tells Smoke what has to be done.
Thinking about how close Annie must have been with Mary. Mary was devastated enough to break the hive mind, and have Stack attempt to get her to safety.
Thinking about how no nonsense but still compassionate Annie and Smoke were.
Thinking.....

Zion is a perfect example of how men can have “good” relationships with their children/child’s mother and still be absent all the time for their emotional needs and support. Zion never abused Ginny, Austin and Georgia and that’s great! He’s supposed to not be abusive yet whenever they needed him emotionally or financially for support he still failed as a father/partner.
He constantly lets his parents feelings cloud his judgement of Georgia.

you ever think about the intricacies of smoke & stack's dynamic and go fucking crazy?
their abusive father zeroing in on stack as the outlet for his beatings, smoke killing their daddy, half way done burying him by the time stack came to - smoke being the BIG BROTHER from the start, keeping stack safe - stack becoming who he is - bit reckless, full of charisma and whimsy because of smoke, in a way, shielding him from the world ("doesn't know how to watch his own back").
thinking of smoke saying how stack is the best thing about him, how stack talks a big game but how it's smoke who kills the snake, smoke who shoots two men for stealing out of his truck, smoke who pulls a gun on sammie and pearline. does he ever think he got more of their daddy in him than stack? where stack can connect with people in a way smoke can't quite follow. stack laying out clothes for him, doing his hair, rolling his cigarettes- giving smoke back some of what the war took.
but I also can't help but think that there is this slight ....almost paternalistic element at times - the way stack looks around for smoke when he's with mary, worried he'll be caught, worried he'll displease him and yet that thing he says when he's turned "don't let that witch come between us again" - there's no doubt that stack loves annie and is clearly DISTRAUGHT when smoke kills her but ...was there ever resentment? did he ever feel betrayed? was it ever only meant to be the two of them against the world?
"he was the best thing about me" "i ain't doing it without you there ain't no me without you" "sorry for not keeping you safe - you always did" the way stack is just that one person smoke can't kill, the way the only time he wavers in his resolve is when his vampire brother talks with him.
(this is borderline incoherent but I have a lot of thoughts)
