Greetings Frost!
Just saw the last question about forms and I was wondering, is it true that your kind can 'evolve' and take a form of your liking? I'm rather curious how that works. Does it require certain environment and conditions for a new form to 'appear', or is it more like concentration kind of thing?
Do give Hit my best wishes. You could say that I have some experience with pollen reactions myself in the past. A very bad reaction can put a person out of commission. I hope he will feel better soon!
I wouldn't call myself an expert on the process in terms of exact science, but it is determined more by personal will than appearing all of a sudden. An Arcosian can metamorphose, but it's commonly just between a solid suppressant state and the true form.
However, I'm not the common case, clearly- as somewhat of a mutant, I can more easily will what bodily structures form and how. Of course, there's limits, as the body may need to repurpose tissues to help these alterations take shape- it may take a bit from my height or redistribute some weight.
...
And on the subject of Hit, he's certainly on the up mend by now. Even when he seemed mostly back to himself, he still insisted on skipping work for the slightest symptoms- he needs to be at one hundred percent and free of anything that could impair his instincts or break his stealth like an unwanted sneeze.
#answers#shadzerios#((the thought of Hit having inadvertent Time Skips with sneezes is funny but I don't think he'd lose control that easily))

Curious about your forms! Do you have anything similar to Frieza's second form? I can send you a reference in another message if you need it.
No need, I've familiarized myself based on what Frieza's willingly shared on his blog.
But I'm pretty sure that sort of thing isn't in my repertoire. I just have the three- First, Assault, Final... I haven't really shaped a new form for myself since my Assault Form and the thought process behind it is a little murky now... trying to be a bit "weapon-like" or something.
I could hypothetically whip something like that up just to experiment, but I'd rather try something I'm comfortable with than a form with a tendency to make one look like their poor excuse for a "father" who can barely be considered more than a chromosome donor-

Ok, we've cracked the mystery after not seeing the hitman in say 24 hours or so, finally emerging from his hideaway, still a bit drained but at least willing to see me instead of time-skipping away.
He's built up resistance to many pathogens, but the one planet's flower pollen seems to have gotten past his guard. I figured that part out, that didn't explain why he went MIA-
Turns out that bit of pollen was also a rather potent aphrodisiac and, while he claims to be toughened against those as well, he couldn't be sure and opted against coming into contact with me for too long periods of time if there was any change in his inhibitions.
I don't know whether to feel flattered that he thought I'd be the one he'd come onto or insulted that he was trying not to. I guess there's a consolation in the fact that it wouldn't really be him either way- and you know how I feel about people changing their tunes on me.
...I guess that also explains why I've been feeling kinda... fidgety throughout the day.
The aphrodisiac quality completely clears within a day, but the other symptoms will be sticking around for a bit. He's waiting for those to clear too before he goes back to work and I have heard him grumbling about having to get his coat dry cleaned.
#musings#suggestive#((was originally just going to make this a pollen allergy arc and then some little fiction disease devil tapped my shoulder and said#'hey remember sex pollen'))

Pretty sure Hit’s pride won’t let him accept help, but maybe don’t ask, just leave stuff around. Medicine, something warm, maybe even a blanket.
And maybe casually remind him it’s okay to let people look after him once in a while. He won’t die from it. Probably...
This rarely happens to him- at least from my understanding. Maybe he's just apprehensive about being out of commission like this. I wouldn't put it past him if he ever got injured to hide it or brush it off... in character, but still concerning.
I have been leaving him food and tea outside the door, but I can't think of anything else that he doesn't have easy access to shut up in his room. ...And if we have any medicine for this on hand, he's probably already taken it.
And please don't catastrophize- it's nothing more than a pollen reaction, that's all.

You could try to check on Hit while he’s asleep. That’s the only time I can imagine he’d actually have his guard down so you can check on his condition - though I’m sure he’s a light sleeper, so that might be easier said than done.
Should have thought about doing that closer to when he had his tea. For all I know, he'd still be pretty sharp. First time he caught me, the tumblers in the door had just barely shifted.
The curiosity- one might even say the worry- is getting to me a bit. If it's really that negligible, then what is he hiding from me?!?

Do you have a plan on seeking medical help from anyone should it actually be something more serious? Cause I can't imagine a hospital is an option for a wanted fugitive and a hit man.
That said, it doesn't sound that serious - yet - but better safe than sorry, as they say.
He claims he has his... alternative resources, practitioners that ask no questions, but we're still at the point of less concern, at least from what he's telling me of his state. Can I just see one glimpse of proof of that without him disappearing across a second like some skittish cat?!?

If I were in Hit's place, I think I could barely use his power... he better not end up making things worse by overusing his time skip
He *better* not. I'm barely cutting it playing nurse as is! Is he really that averse to being seen?

Hit Status Update - 14:00
Still seemingly under the weather, so meals are on me. Haven't seen him leave the room, but that isn't to say he hasn't left. Occasionally up to use the bathroom, shower, etc. I hear opening doors and closing doors but I never see any movement from the man himself. Must be time-skipping like he doesn't want me to see him up and about.
Probably some sort of hay fever, a few coughs and sneezes- very deep and startling, especially considering he rarely shows a hint of being sick. Assures me he'll be fine if I come knocking because, for all I know, if a heavy endurance man like him is sick, it's something serious.
Made him a brunch tray of my limited expertise because apparently breakfast in bed is supposed to be endearing or something- stop squealing, I will not be doing such sappy things regularly- and the moment I open his bedroom door, I found myself time-skip kicked out of there, the tray no longer in my hands. He asked for some tea later and I also delivered, but he time-skipped to bring that into his room too. Must not be feeling too awful if he can keep abusing his technique like this.
Why is he so secretive? Does he think I'll think less of him if I see him unwell?
Regardless, he had another favor to ask- wanted me to check if the pollen from yesterday was off his coat and boots and to clean up anything that may have trailed on the floor. I can see why this uneased him so much- even I feel a little twitchy getting too close to the little yellow tracks on the floor.

Damn poor Hit, Frost, can you make him some tea?
If he wanted it, he'd at least try.
This is a bit concerning though, he's usually up. Tried waking him- still alive, still vocal enough to tell me that he doesn't have any assignments today.

Hey Hit, you doin alright?
Frost here (feels weird to clarify that on my own blog),
You just missed him with this question. In fact, he was oddly quick to head straight to bed after he came home from work. Shook his coat out on the balcony, said he had a planet-hopping migraine, and disappeared to his room for the night. Not even a spot of tea- must have been really tired, he's rarely able to sleep without his tea.
Hopefully, this is a very short-lived thing, Kais forbid he's getting sick. I'm not trained for that!

It's the season where this planet gets a bit dry- almost frightening how it can go from near constant storm to *this*.
Which means when Hit came back, whatever got stuck on his coat while he was off planet wasn't washed off right away. Wasn't very thrilled to be stuck with enough pollen puffs to become a flower himself.

Greetings Frost!
Probably a silly question to ask, but I heard some rumours going around and I thought that since I was around I might as well ask you directly. Which one is taller: you or Frieza?
((Apparently Frieza is 5'7" and Frost is 5'7" which I personally find absolutely hilarious.))
Can't say... Didn't get a pretty good look to compare; it was hardly on my mind. I do think we were rather close, probably a smidge or two of difference that I'm choosing to believe made me the taller one. His tail might have been a touch longer though, so perhaps that's the trade off... to likely minimal benefit other than bragging rights.
#answers#shadzerios#((not sure where you got 5'7- they'd be taller than Vegeta and a lot closer to Goku's height))#((Frieza's official height is 5'2 and you can visually gather that Frost is pretty much the same))#((centimeter or so of difference if anything))

You've told us that Hit is quite the chef- food blog impending?
You don't really need to trace my every meal, do you? I can assure you there's some delightful items in the repertoire, although it's not uncommon that I don't get all three prepared on the spot- business would have to be slow for him to be consistently home. Leftovers and stuff that fits my limited expertise (microwave, maybe toaster) fill the rest of the time. Sometimes breakfast is just as simple as something out of the donut box.
But, since you asked... I'd say yesterday's meal spread had some good variety.
For breakfast, Hit went a bit above on breakfast with an eggs benedict that made me wonder what the hell the occasion was. Avocado in place of the ham on mine.
Lunch was a fend for myself meal- tuna salad on wheat toast with a leftover tomato bisque from a few days back.
Dinner, however, he took another crack at that cheese and tomato bread from Earth- "pizza" I believe they call it- this time with toppings. Of course, there was a bit of debate over it. A lot of the popular recipes use meats- reds and poultry which you should already know I'm not a fan of- and the one fish variety that's been verified to work well with it isn't quite a favorite of his. Settled for vegetables- peppers, olives, etc.
#answers#anonymous#((they already have different colored eggs I'm wondering if I should give them Star Wars blue milk too))#((wonder how that'd affect the cheese))#((also not to say that Hit ever does anything half-assed... but he does seem to be spoiling Frost a bit more))#((not his usual nature but he knows that Frost is a sucker for being pampered in even the small things))

Greetings Frost!
It has been a while since I visited your blog. I saw that there were couple questions previously about training and progression. Platinum coloured form sounds fascinating, perhaps something to look forward to.
If I remember correctly, you have mentioned in the past that you spar with Hit. How is he as a training partner?
Indeed we do, it's practically become a routine. The rooftop of the complex is usually empty, making it a good area to work with, although occasionally using the balcony fire escape is good for the added challenge of limited space.
I've learned not to take offense to it, but Hit noticeably holds back, maybe thinking I can't hold a candle yet to a time skip, but I think he'd have enough restraint to not kill me if he went all out. Still, he tries to pose somewhat of a challenge and I believe our speeds are starting to match.
He's noted how our fighting styles noticeably clash- says my movements are more rash compared to his more calculated. He's been trying to work that flaw out of me, but there's some things even the masters can't change easily. I do admit he's right on that being a flaw, as I sometimes start the spar too heavily and ended up winded earlier. I wasn't always like this... I think losing my needles and being constantly on edge while on the run made me a bit more jumpy.
The occasional yoga and tai chi sessions have been helpful as well.
Of course, more than once, the spars have ended a bit roughly with a few scrapes- sometimes he forgets to abstain from the Time Skip and dodges too swiftly for me to recover my footing. Nothing serious, maybe a little blood depending on how it rubs the pavement, but it's always taken care of, even if it's just a "walk it off".
Tea usually follows depending on how cold it was that day.
...On another note, I feel like the nature of these sessions has shifted a bit with time. He smiles a bit more... although, it's hard to notice when it's so small, looks more like a smirk to me.

Do you think you could obtain your own golden form?
Potentially with the right focus... though I'm not 100% sure how I'd feel about that coloration on me. Perhaps I could shoot for a nice platinum?

You seem to have soft skin, can you confirm this or is it just apparent?
Yes indeed, quite soft with the proper regimens. Fresh shedding does give a slight boost in texture, but it is still important to keep a good skincare routine going. I try to keep it a bit lowkey, down to a lotion, moisturizer, and a refreshing shower, but with free reign I'd probably end up completely taking over Hit's sink countertop.

Just gonna ask the best Universe 6 lizard boi. Frost first off you are cool and deserved better. My question is, could you be able to beat Cabba in a one on one match? Needles be included as I see that as a strategy and not cheating, tricksters be clever like that.
Well, aren't you trying to endear~
Anyway, onto your question... I wish I could say I'd have a definitive answer. I can't currently clock how much he's progressed and I've heard through the grapevine that Saiyan strength climbs quickly. That isn't to say I haven't been training myself.
I do appreciate your commendation of my little needle trick but I don't make the tournament rules- an external weapon if discovered is still tournament-illegal. I guess it's so people don't bring pistols and shit to a martial arts duel, but I think my needles were a whole other side category. That old coot from the seventh was allowed to tote around those trapping bottles because the Grand Zenos thought they were "cool", yet Hit thought my needles wouldn't pass inspection? Double standard much?!
Regardless, I think bringing them to a duel with Cabba would upset his fragile moral sensibilities (I think my mere presence would have the same effect to be honest) and his awareness of my secret stingers would limit the tactics I could pull off with them.
