Life Update!

Hi, my lovelies!

I know I’ve been pretty MIA on this blog the past few months. I do want to let you know that I haven’t completely abandoned it or anything like that. (I still very much am following Connor’s career, still adore him, still always want to talk about him lol), I am however not posting any new fics right now. This is not for a lack of ideas, but because I am using these ideas for more personal writings.

For those of you that are unaware, I published my first novel, Love in the Classroom, earlier this year, in April. Since then I have been focusing on writing my novels.

I have two more coming out at the beginning of next year. One on January 24th, and another on May 31st. January’s release is titled You Were Never the Plan, and May’s is My Boy(s) of Summer. 

All three of these stories hold a very special place in my heart, and if any of you happen to be missing my writing and are wanting to support, all three books are available on Amazon. Love in the Classroom is currently available in both paperback and on Kindle (and if you do read it, the characters may seem a little familiar…). The other two are only available to pre-order in the Kindle version, but will be available in paperback on the release date. 

I also now have a website that you can check out. It tells you a little bit about me, my works, where to get them (Love in the Classroom is also available on Barnes and Noble’s website!!), and some extras/sneak peeks into my new releases.

If any of you are interested, I’ll leave the link below and you can get a sneak peek into January’s release, and maybe even pre-order if you’re feeling a little crazy. My website also holds links to order and pre-order under the “Works” tab. 

I also just want to thank all of you from the bottom of my heart because if it wasn’t for your continued support on my writing, I wouldn’t have been able to publish my first book as soon as I did, or at all. You have all been so amazing, and I am truly grateful for everything that you have done for me, and the friendships that I have made on here.

I will keep you guys updated on any other life events (and a two books series about twin musicians that I’m working on as well.🤫)

I love that I found this again just as I was thinking about going back to school to get my masters.... perhaps I should not do that lol

Yeah so I have a fuck ton of work to do for a research report I have due on Monday. Our rough draft is due thursday and I haven't even started. Or peer reviews are due saturday (with 6 extra parts that we need to it). I also have a test on thursday that the professor hasn't even given us the study guide for, and like 5 assignments (no, I am not exaggerating.) for one class due on sunday.

Am I stressed? Yes. Will I still put it off because that's just who I am as a person and have no self control or sense of actual time management? Also yes. Is this quite possibly the worst idea ever? Absolutely.

Quarantine with Connor (headcanon)

A/n: I honestly don’t know what this is. I was supposed to be taking a break from writing. But this came to me so I just went ahead and wrote it so I hope you like it.

Being quarantined with Connor would include:

Cuddles, and lots of them

Stolen kisses: morning, noon, and night

Board games and cards (Connor is suddenly very thankful for your love of board games even though he’s made fun of it before.)

Puzzles (neither of you actually know why you have so many, but thank God you do.)

Bickering:

“Why are you working on the inside pieces? You have to do the corners first!”

“Says who?”

“Says everyone! How are you going to put that piece in place if you’re doing it outside of the corner pieces?”

Uno is typically banned from the house, but there’s no one here to tell you not to play.

“Plus four! And I’m changing the color to blue.”

“Fuck you! You knew I didn’t have any blue!”

“That’s how you play the game, baby.”

You smirk, putting a blue down. “Fine, well. Reverse back to me. Reverse back to me, skip you, skip you, and I’m changing the color to red. Uno!”

He sucks in his teeth. “I fucking hate you.”

“We need to finish Money Heist before we start another series. We’re gonna start mixing them all up if we don’t.”

“No, please. Not tangled again. If we’re watching it, I need a drink.”

“Bring me one too, please.”

“‘Seven am the usual morning lineup, start on the chores and sweep 'till the floor’s all cleaned.”

“I thought you didn’t like tangled.”

“I didn’t say it wasn’t catchy.”

Cooking together:

“Love, there’s nothing to eat!”

“There’s plenty to eat, Connor. You’re just not looking.”

“Yeah,I guess. But you have to make everything.”

“Then let’s make something.”

“Do we have stuff to make brownies?”

Him sparing glances at you as you measure out the ingredients. 

He’s supposed to mixing. He’s not doing that.

Making tik toks that neither of you will ever post

Well… maybe just one

No, two. Two is fine. You’re capping it at two.

But it’d be funny to see Connor try to do this dance.

Connor smearing brownie batter on your nose.

But then you’re pouting so he kinda sucks the batter from your skin with a little kiss.

And now you’re scrunching up your face because his breath on your face tickles.

Which leads to him actually tickling you and you running away.

And look at that you’re in the bedroom now with nowhere to escape because he’s standing casually in front of the only exit.

But why the heck does he look so good standing there like that?

With his arms crossed over his chest? And one leg crossed in front of the other?

And why is he looking at you like that? Eyeing you up and down?

Why are you suddenly really turned on by this? And why are you closing the distance between you two?

And why are your clothes flying everywhere? And wow his body feels so nice against yours, it feels like you haven’t had him like this in forever.

(When in reality, you were in this exact same position, his body hovering over yours on the bed, only last night.)

When it’s over, both of you trying to catch your breath, your head on his chest, he takes one of your hands and plays with your fingers.

“You know… being quarantined would really suck if I had to do it with anyone else.”

“You’re just saying that because I make you brownies.”

“Well that… and the sex. But honestly. I wouldn’t want to be stuck in the house indefinitely with anyone else.”

You kiss the base of his throat, “me neither, bub.”

Life Update!

Hi, my lovelies!

I know I’ve been pretty MIA on this blog the past few months. I do want to let you know that I haven’t completely abandoned it or anything like that. (I still very much am following Connor’s career, still adore him, still always want to talk about him lol), I am however not posting any new fics right now. This is not for a lack of ideas, but because I am using these ideas for more personal writings.
