maribel had been in amiens a while but she didn’t know the men who died.  being the family of royalty, you knew who the fishy people were.  she knew about the mafia and the bardets but it wasn’t her concern; having fun was.  unfortunately, there didn’t seem to be any of that going on.  her foot tapped the leg of the table she sat at as she took a large sip from her iced matcha latte, contemplating a response to the dirty message on the laptop screen in front of her.  when she wasn’t onscreen and was bored, a little dirty back and forth with a stranger for some extra cash was always fun.  they just happened to be very boring today.  head turning to the table next to her, she waved the attention of the person sitting there.  “wanna help me out with something a little… weird?  you need to be open minded and… not a prude.” ( @eclatantstart· )

after recent events, it’s difficult for margot to catch any free time. she’s been so concerned with everyone else that the woman barely has any time to collect herself. so even if only for a few moments, she retreats to have a simple cup of coffee. her phone is placed face down on the table---still on ring just for emergencies.

the silence is interrupted as the other speaks to her. the blonde almost chokes on her coffee as she tells her to not be a prude. what the hell could she need help with if it’s an introduction like that? she shifts ever so slightly to face her. “ it depends on what it is. “ she speaks so straight laced. frankly just because margot has no ideal what the hell this girl is going to ask.

so i’m totally in my margot feels and with some of these asks i’ve never made a full post about what happened to her and why she walks with a cane and is more forceful with her words rather than fists. also i’m just an angsty wreck so YIKES

so as per previous posts, she had a bad right knee injury years ago when she first began working with the bardets when she was in one of the lower ranks. it leaves her using a cane now.

i imagine that this involved another person ( total wanted connection if anyone wants to plot it out fully otherwise im gonna send it into the main probs )

whether the other person was in the family/club or not she got her knee bashed in and shattered trying to protect someone else. there were other injuries as well but this one was the most severe and long lasting.

there were a lot of emotions there at the time whether it was love or just deep platonic/familial feelings, she was fighting to guard and protect the other from getting seriously injured from a rival gang or a generic enemy.

she had to go through months of barely walking and excruciating pain and it made her become cold and she grew to be angry at the person

aka shes just stubborn and angry that she can’t be the way she used to be.

there aren’t many times that margot has to use force anymore. she makes a habit to stay away from it since her accident many years ago. but…there are still a few select times it’s necessary. and especially with the tensions around now her face is a little cut up from once of these instances. though it’s out of her mind for a brief moment when she practically grabs magdalena, bringing her lips to margot’s. it’s forceful yet, soft. no word even spoken but, does she need to?
