Trying to eat normal and healthy is tiring and I just feel so big when I do eat normal but I feel so tired and drained when I under eat and I wish I just had a normal relationship with food, I hate that my life is so damn fixated around food

The worst feeling is when you think you look cute but once you step outside and see all the skinnier prettier people suddenly all you want to do is go back home and sleep.

You preach equality yet you forget about the disabled

You preach the destigmatisation of mental illness yet you still call people psychotic, psycho and delusional

You preach awareness of mental illness but you ignore the words spoken by those with schizophrenia, did, bpd, etc.

You ignore us when we ask to be included and ask for an apology for worsening the stigma around our mental illnesses and disabilities

Just because some groups voices are small, doesn’t mean they arent important
