It was a wonderful surprise to be commissioned to draw my own interpretations of adult Spyro and Cynder. Drawing Spyro stuff gives me serotonin like you wouldn’t believe. I might have to start posting sketches of my own, old TLoS concepts. 🖤💜

My personal designs for adult Spyro and Cynder. I like to imagine Ignitus was Spyro’s father, and Cynder got spikier as she gets older (since I feel like her ANB adult design is more child but corrupted). Spyro takes on the mantle of Guardian (fire in pic, but perhaps aether?) and Cynder serves as an ambassador for dark dragons.
