Constelic culture is adopting parts of your OC as an identity to cope and now that you've dropped it (for the better), it feels like you have nothing to help you deal with mental issues even though further establishing the identity would be harmful (due to my OC's harmful behavior in their canon story)

constelic culture is realizing that making your profile your favorite character, adopting their mannerisms/speech quirks, getting in character/basically roleplaying them from time to time in normal conversations, associating yourself with them, etc. is probably not normal.

Small question, but is it possible to get memories from stels? or is that just not really possible?

I don't see why not! Stels can have all the stuff say, a kin could have, even though they are considered less permanent. I haven't had them, but I think that's just how I am, not from my constelicness.
