#Lets talk about how Charles knows everything about Erik. Every last detail. For Erik, Charles is the only person that knows all that he’s done. All that he is going to do. Everything he’s been through. There is only one person that completely understands him. Erik’s entire life has been spent seeking revenge and suddenly this silly young man with a silly little doctorate and an understanding of Erik’s mutation drops out of the sky and ruins everything by knowing too much too fast. By getting in his way but stepping aside to see if he’ll stay anyway. And Erik had to make a split decision, should he trust him or shouldn’t he? So of course, Erik trusted him, with his happiest memories, no less. Erik opened up to him because he knew Charles was the one person he could trust since he already knew so much anyway. In the end, Charles knows exactly why Erik wants to fight against the humans but Charles still won’t help him and Erik can’t understand why and that breaks his heart. #THIS IS WHY I SHIP THIS SO HARD. Like please. You can take your kinky chess games and whatever else is being made into a ~thing~ for this fandom. But give me this. Leave this for me.

Three Episodes I Would Submit for Amy’s Emmy:

3.02, Flu Season

“That was amazing. That was a flu-ridden Michael Jordan at the ‘97 NBC FInals. That was Kirk Gibson hobbling up to the plate and hitting a homer off of Dennis Eckersley. That was… that was Leslie Knope.”

I remember watching this episode for the first time and thinking, “This is why Parks is the funniest show on television. This is why Amy Poehler is comedic gold.” I have never laughed this hard; it was line after line of hilarity, of Amy really stepping up her outlandishness. Each scene was a testament to her perfect timing and delivery, a showcase for the range of Amy’s humor. One minute she’s wrapping jeans around her neck, thinking it’s a scarf, the next she’s asking Tom to find her tiara, completely serious. It’s easy to play someone feeling ill and hopped up on drugs and make it camp, make it a caricature; but Amy’s performance in The Flu is so rich with who Leslie is, this woman who will stop at nothing to save her department, to serve her community, that she sacrifices her own health do so. And she kicks ass. Amy synthesizes comedy and earnestness, this beautiful balance between the humor of this character’s insanity and the emotional underpinning of her dedication and strength and determination. It’s a perfect episode, and a brilliant demonstration of Amy’s abilities.

Oooh good! I SHALL PROBABLY SEE IT THEN!!! WAIT. OKAY. I WILL NOT KILL YOU AS LONG AS YOU WATCH THEM. But yeah X2 is like, one of the greatest comic book movies ever. SO GOOD. Those movies are like my childhood. (well sort of i was like 10 when i saw X2 in theaters) I had the biggest fattest crush on Hugh Jackman. Okay I’m getting off topic sorry…

UGH IKR PIRATES 4 WAS JUST…WHAT. And they’re probably making more of them. *sigh* The only way I would be excited again is if they made a prequel showing the events like the mutiny and the old Black pearl crew and Bootstrap’s bootstraps and leaving him on the island and bb Will and Elizabeth for a bit WOULDN’T THAT BE AWESOME?!

I WILL I WILL. idk it's honestly weird that I never saw the x-men movies but since my dad wasn't like a huge fan then he wouldn't have taken me soooo yeah. and that's why I thought this new X-men was a good time to jump into it because it was a prequel and everythingggg

OH MY GOD A PIRATES PREQUEL WOULD BE AMAZING. THAT'S WHAT THEY SHOULD'VE DONE. the original 3 potc movies and then a prequel with jack and alll that yesssssssssss. and with verbinski directing. you can't make a 4th movie without the supporting characters that were in the first 3. sorry but you can't.
