Drinking hot/warm water to loose weight! Are you follows the right way?

Are you people frustrated by having belly fat and being overweight Having lots of exercises and other valuable stuff. The simplest way the most people adopt is to drink warm or water on empty stomach in the early morning. Even majority of people also add lemon and honey into it. But are you are following the right way or are you going to harm your body mistakenly.
Is drinking warm water is safe?
Dear friend insufficient knowledge is sometimes very harmful. As you drinks warm water daily on empty stomach, it will seriously cost your valuable body a lot because it is the probably the wrong way to drink water.
Worst effect of drinking warm water
Let’s find out why not to drink warm water and what its drawbacks are
Drinking warm water will cause swelling into the veins of internal body.
It will affect your body’s digestion system temperature.
It also will damage important body parts such as liver, kidney and arteries.
It will also cause swelling into voice chord and affect the taste gland of tongue also.
Here I also tell you the scientific reason behind of not to drink warm water. When we heat water extensively and boil, its phase changes i.e. physical and chemical properties tends to change. The ratio of moisture content and steams increases which are harmful that of normal water.
Which type of water should be preferred?
Now the question will strike into our mind is that then which type of water should be drink? In the ancient Ayurveda and Unani medicine systems there is description about of what type of water should be drink to getting all round good health and fitness. There is a description of such water is as ‘Neem Garam Pani’ i.e. ‘Luke warm water’, not warm water. Yes my friend Luke warm water and warm water has very big difference. Most of us don’t know the difference between them and follow the wrong way. Actually the Luke warm is the most efficient way to drink water whereas the warm and also cold water has the bad effects. Now what is meant by the Luke warm water? I’ll tell you guys.
Neem Garam Pani (Luke warm water)
Actually Luke warm water is such water heated below the 100°C and not to be boiled. Our body allows us to drink slightly 4°-5°C more warm than its ideal temperature i.e. 37°C. if we drink more warm water than specified temperature, there will be chances for the failure of internal body parts.
The temperature of Luke warm water is specified between 98°F to 105°C, but mostly people doesn’t know the difference of degree Fahrenheit ( °F ) to that of degree Celsius ( °C ) and boils the water to the 100°C or more, thus doing wrong.
Method to prepare and identify Luke warm water
It’s not the hard indeed, very simple. Just take water into a vessel and heat it on low flame. When you see the very small bubbles into the bottom of vessel then shut off the fire and leave it behind for 2-3 minutes and this water is going to drink.
It will more beneficial and hence also safer to your body.

Importance of time and angle relation into celestial as well as in human life.

Time you know is called money, not because of impact on human life; but also it has importance for every particle and body to this universe. Everything is movable by time. Have you ever go to astrologers and show your birth chart or ‘kundali’ to be inspected? Are they looking for the right birth time and planet position or their respective inclination?
Time has the direct link to the speed, situational condition and direction for every particle. Time and angle is so essential in the field of navigation, aviation, defense, celestial system and also having an important determination even in astrology.
Measurement and notation of time and angle
First let’s talk about time. Generally time is measured into four major formats i.e.
Day ( 1d )
Hour (1h)
Minute (1m)
Second (1s)
Whereas angle is measured into as:
Sign (1S)
Degree (1°)
Arc minute (1′)
Arc second (1″)
Note
Here are few thinks that should be kept into mind while dealing with time and angle.
As I mention above minute and second both are common in time and angle notation, but have big difference.
For a second of time small English alphabet‘s’ should be used and for a sign of an angle capital alphabet ‘S’ mut be considered. Not to be confused with them OK.
Symbols such as ( ‘ ) and ( “ ) should not be used for time.
Relation between time and angle
As we all know very well that our planet earth is revolving around the sun and moon is also revolving around earth. This creates the day and night, different time zones and hence calendar year. But for understanding this phenomenon we have to know some basic conversion and notations of time and angle.
For time 1 day is equal to 24 hours. The actual value is 23 hours 56 minutes and 4 seconds.
1 hour has 60 minutes and 1 minute is equal to 60 seconds.
Whereas for a complete circle of an angle equals to 360 degrees or 12 signs.
1 sign is equals to 30 degrees and there is 60 arc minutes in 1 degree and 60 arc seconds in 1 arc minutes.
Now in a 24 hours angle turns to 360 degrees, so by the account 15 degrees rotation is counted in a 1 hour.
In a 1 minute of time 15 arc minutes angle is turns and 15 arc seconds angle is turns in a 1 second of time as well.
30 degrees angle rotation is counted in 2 hours which is equal to 1sign of angle.
For a rotation of 1 degree it takes 4 minutes and for a rotation of 1 arc minute of angle it counts to 4 seconds.
Important facts
For interchanging between units of time, it should be the scale of 60; not on the scale of 100. The use of dot i.e. “.” Should be avoided in between the any of two consequence units.
Specified examples
Let me clear the concept and facts through examples. If I write 1.50 hr and ask you to tell that time, how you pronounced it may be 1 hr 50 minutes isn’t it? But let me tell you your answer is absolutely wrong my friend. As I tell you earlier that there should be no use of dot symbol between two values. For 1.50 hr the correct notation would be 1 hour and 50th hundred of an hour or just as simple as 1 hour 30 minutes. Looks interesting ha! When you convert 50th hundred of an hour into minutes on scale of 60 it results as 30 minutes.
Like same as for an angle let suppose be if there is an angle of 25 degrees and 35 arc minutes, it should be written and denoted as 25°35′ but not as 25.35°.
