No spooky spooks this time, just me and my hand painting studies

One of the hands have a harsher texture/look to it because I experimented with a different brush in greyscale and smack an overlay afterwards.

Another Redraw of a drawing from 5 years ago. This time I decided to add some "movement" to it.

I've been working on a redraw of an older piece I did back in 2019 (original below). This is far from the usual pen and paper style I had for years. The original piece was done at a funeral itself. There were three monks reciting the sutra and my brain had a lightbulb moment.

Here’s another illustration based on a revisited idea. 

Sometime in 2018 I travelled to Taiwan with my family and one of the places we visited was the Alishan recreational forest. Fast forward to near evening where we stopped by a nearby restaurant for dinner. I took out one of their serviettes and doodled on an idea I had in my head. 

The doodle was not finished but I kept it to revisit that idea in the future...

Three things about this doodle

1. The top is somewhat based on a cut and sew I’ve been contemplating to buy for about a few hours now.

2. I have been thinking of wearing ripped jeans, but I have seen an injury caused by said jeans where the thread across the opening sliced deep into the knee.

3. Those flats are loosely based on a pair a friend of mine owns, which I think was bought at $7.

I might at some more to this doodle.
