I made this comic last night after posting my GOFUNDME to let out some anxiety. I know that impending thoughts of doom are a symptom but the state of America recently is getting more alarming every day. But even so, the plant grows through it all.

And then I woke up this morning just shocked. So many kind and caring people have donated, and we’re already almost 1/6 of the way funded, which is already more than I’d dared to hope for. I can see a better future now that I have hope. I feel like I’m allowed to WANT a better present for myself, so I can make a future I WANT to live in. Thank you.

June 13, 2025 - ICE agents attack protesters outside Delaney Hall Detention Center in Newark, New Jersey. Protesters fight back and manage to dearrest several of their comrades.

Anti-ICE protesters had gathered at Delaney Hall in support of an uprising in the ICE concentration camp. Arrested immigrants started a riot inside the camp in protest of the inhumane conditions they are held in. In the chaos several inmates manages to break through a wall and escape the facility.
