For those of you who can't make that out, that's a picture of my father. Every morning when I roll out of bed shower and eat before I head to the gym before I had to a day of work i see this. My motivation is my father. His positive energy fuels my days. The reason for everything going forward in my life is thanks to him. There is a lot of bad we face in life when it comes to failures and mistakes. But he taught me falling down, is a step forward. Don't forget your roots. And hold yourself to utmost highest standard even society is going to look at you like your doing something wrong. It doesn't matter what others think just push yourself to be more. I love you dad. Happy Father's day. I won't ever forget the impression you left and still leave on me. #fathersday #mydad #myreason

Market research. What is it? We don't even realize we do it every day. Testing people's thoughts and opinions to see if they like our "product". You are YOUR product. Don't let the "market" determine who you are. You make you. As far as product field testing, putting ourselves through hours of pain for an intrinsic feeling hard to describe is worth it. The effort we put in to our days will make our end product that much better. Not to mention I'm testing out the materials on this shirt to pick qualities of it I like for an actual product moving forward. #GANGGREEN #JETS Oh and I can explain the band aid.. It was totally badass... Making myself eggs and burning myself with a pan. #worth
