Anyone Using Tumblr For Traffic?
About Me: I'm new in this forum, I am a consultant and have worked with multiple firms You can check ANCHOR TEXT one of my work. I'm looking for sites other than facebook that I can get some free traffic from. Have never even thought about using tumblr untill of course I found an interesting thread on another forum that we're not allowed to talk about here. The thread included posting "mini-blogs" on tumblr with an image, a shortened url attached to the image, and when peope click the image you get paid a very small amount apparently. But its suppose to work better than CPA offers and you're suppose to have better conversions.

Flickr Slideshow Embed in Tumblr
Not quite sure my question belongs in this sub forum... On this tumblr blog post I made, I attempted to embed a Flickr Slideshow into this post... umm it only seems to "render" when viewed in Safari and Chrome, you can't see the Flickr slideshow in IE or Firefox what must I do (if anything) to modify the html embed code from Flickr to get this to work in Firefox? I thought perhaps tumblr disallows Flickr code, or perhaps tumblr blocks javascript (like wordpress.com sub domain blogs) but for some reason the slideshow DOES work in Safari and Chrome, so I'm stumped

A Stroke of Grey-Hat Genius?
So sites like tumblr and stumbleupon internally rank their content almost strictly on page views, yes? And article directories like Ezinearticles spot-light articles with the most views, yes? It seems like it should be pretty easy to monopolize the internal traffic on sites like these, and even get your content syndicated simply by using a ton of auto-surf traffic exchanges. This is assuming that your content is quality, of course. What say you?

How to monetize a Tumblr blog?
Hello everyone, I have a Tumblr that has 43k followers and it just occurred to me today to look into adding ads or something. I'm not even sure if it's worth doing but if it is, what are some ways to do it? The blog is a collection of NSFW images in a very specific niche. Could I use an adult ad network? Should I put up ads for affiliate products? I'm new at all of this so any help would be appreciated.

Tumblr To Be or Not To Be?
I have a tumblr account with a personal blog that I grow and use naturally, and attached to this account I have a few side-blogs that are running on autopilot. Initially, the first two side-blogs I had were gaining followers and having users engage with the posts, since then I have created two more (also autopilot) and there is absolutely no interaction with them at all. What is interesting is that the activity also slowed down almost to a halt on all of my blogs (including my main blog). Is there a possibility that I have been flagged for spam? I customized the layouts of each of the blogs, my posts use less than 7 or so tags, the only links I use are to link back to the source of artists, I reblog others content; basically they look pretty legit.
