update: i slept 13 hours and it took another hour to feel like a conscious human again

i got two hours of sleep last night, moved all of the big items from my (upstairs) apartment, and then spent the whole afternoon outside in +80°F weather. i am finally able to relax for a bit, and i feel like i'm gonna pass out
