Financial Emergency - Please share

Hi everyone, this is tea's partner shiloh @hotsugarbyglassanimals. I'm posting on their behalf as their family is experiencing a financial emergency which has resulted in their power being shut off - so tea does not have access to their desktop computer. Where they live, the temperature is estimated to reach 90 - 100 degrees this week. As you can imagine, that's not sustainable without eletricity, especially when it comes to their pets.

Their father seems to believe their situation isn't dire and for some reason thinks if he ignores it, it'll work itself out. It very much won't. No one in their family is employed right now. Because of this, their family is at significant risk of homelessness. The power company has also been acting shady and won't send documents confirming what the extra charges are and are demanding 8k.
