I think it’s time I retire this blog! 

Here’s a little confession: I made lolitasrevenge in secret (sorry to those who followed it thinking it was a new person) and kept up a new persona for a while, but there’s no sense in doing that anymore. I will be posting cetacean things there now, but probably not too often anyway, and mostly original posts like I already have been. So go follow me there I guess, this blog will be abandoned! I have some new labels on LR too but my views haven’t really changed too much. I’ll be happy to engage in discussion and debates over there.

I wanted to create a new informative blog and label myself differently to force myself to think and interact differently, it was nice to try and I really do encourage people to try and think differently once and a while. It was also a new space to feel safe in posting my opinions, and I feel like I feel safe doing so without hiding now!

I hope you can forgive me, and I hope to see you over on lolitasrevenge

Working on a drawing of the southern residents we lost this year. L120 up top, rhapsody, and her unborn calf. Still have to add lulu and indigo Not sure how I feel about this one, rhapsody looks really odd! Suggestions very welcome

Why are people still comparing scars from wild populations of orca who eats mammals and live around ice with the scars and rake marks of the captive orcas?

It cannot be compared because captive orcas do not deal with sharks, seals or ice!
