Got bored and I have art block so now I'm drawing my old skylanders that I haven't played with in years. Here's Cynder

Finally I made it! I tried to imite (and got inspired by) Nicholas Kole style of Spyro Reignited Trilogy concept art, It was so damn hard, sadly it doesn't look identic but it's a good closeness.

- Info of her design: I imagined Cynder acting like Tawna from Crash 4, but knowing how's Cynder I made her more like a pirate thief, her necklace crystal comes from The Legend of Spyro, her colors are actually the oficial thanks to a friend that shared me those, plus, the earrings are golden specially because silver wouldn't be visible to see them. As a final touch, the potions on her belt, are Poison and Fear, the elements of Cynder in Dawn of the Dragon, which I wanted Cynder to not being able to breath any element so she gets them artificially drinking the potions.

The other day I was talking about the TLoS games and one thing led to another, and was thinking about non-corrupted Cynder and how she could’ve looked!

Don’t know if the red is a color she also got due to corruption, so I added an alt with a color that I felt matched her well!

I believe that she was indeed a wind dragon!

Just how bad could this artwork be exactly? Also I'll be the one who decides if it's that bad or not just wondering if this artwork is actually that bad because I'm curious on how bad that this artwork could look and I think that a friend of mine has seen bad artwork that was way worse than what he found because I think he knows what how the art looks and I can't be sure if this artwork is bad or not. Just what exactly is this type of bad artwork makes it look exactly that bad if that's ok with you?

Collab between me & lunafox.reborn (instagram!) She did the sketch and I did the rest! 💜 Cynder is such a special comfort character to me, she's helped me with the hell I went through in my childhood. It sounds really stupid but -- you know. Anyway this is my personal headcanon, I'm aware she's not canonically lesbian and is a love interest to Spyro but I'm going to disregard that because that is a face of a woman that loves to kiss other women - sorry! I really want to make another one of these but with bisexual Spyro! I reckon that would be pretty cute! Anyways, I hope you like this and that we did her justice!

The moment Cynders' egg comes to be her whole world changes; this is a real page turner for her as she becomes determined to give her hatchling the hatchlinghood she never could. Due to the trauma of her own childhood Cynder is quite protective of her egg; practically never leaving it unless absolutely need be; and where she goes you'd better believe that egg goes too!

The day it hatches she is absolutely ecstatic; it being one of the very few times she openly cried around others, tears of happiness.
