Convert to sims 3 request

I am looking to pay someone to convert two 3D models into sims 3 objects placeable in create a world.  The models are ancient Roman apartment buildings (link: https://www.turbosquid.com/3d-models/building-roman-insulae-416527 and https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/low-poly-roman-insula-1-wip-6562e2ffeb3c4bd8ae5b714c6600db20).  I would pay the cost of buying the model plus whatever you want for your time.  

I am making an ancient Roman world in CAW and find it has too many lots inside the city. If some "lots" are really 3D objects I think it reduce lag in the game.

I'm very excited about this project because it's massive and it will be spread from now until May. So expect more and different types of Ancient Roman CC, food, and functional objects in this period!

Incredible recreation of ancient Rome!

A city of brick, a city of marble.

I finally built the shell of the Mamertine Prison. I moved and embellished two of the insulae and moved them to the foot of the Capitoline hill.  Also, I built a smaller version of the Porticus Deorum Consentium.

This basically begins the first of the actual street scenes leading into the city center and creates a very big contrast between the Augustan Forum in its splendor and the blighted lives of the Empire’s working classes. My next task is to sculpt and landscape the Capitoline hill then work my way outward to the other geographic features.

Hello! Do you know if yourpicasso25's Pikassos Island will be available for download? or if it will be only a private, personal project, like Crowkeeper and Norn's Moonlight Valley? I wanted to ask yourpicasso25 directly but their blog does not accept unregistered anon asks, I am looking forward to playing in that world - we need more ancient Mediterranean (esp.
