She had literally been on my wishlist for 3 years prior but I decided to finally make her for the #CosplayMetGala at Katsucon. The Reverend Daughter

Costume showcase of my Harrow cosplay! When I designed this one I wanted to put a focus on layers and techniques that feel fitting for the Ninth. The dress is draped out of a thin linen that I made to look like it has the structure of wet fabric, all stitched on by hand. Raw edges everywhere, the chiffon scarves that are attached to the leather bolero for one and the dress for the other. The bolero is my biggest pride though. Recycled out of an old leather jacket which lead to extra seams and piecing that I really enjoy. The slit sleeves are held together by finger bone closures that I modeled to perfectly fit it. All the beads on the rosary are also handmade.
