my fibro's shifting into "random stabby pains all over" mode as of late and it's absolutely miserable. ibuprofen IS kind of helping, but it's hard to remember to take it..
on the bright side i've picked up the RTVS Lives vods- i thought they might be too overwhelming but it's a nice podcast-adjacent experience so far, and i don't feel too tempted to just sit and stare so i can work on other things while i listen
