         hello, sweetie !  for that sort of muse, i’d suggest maybe ryujin (  itzy  ) , onda (  everglow  ) , hani (  exid  ) , binnie (  oh my girl  ) , dahyun (  twice  ) , sana (  twice  ) , sua (  dreamcatcher ) , yoohyeon (  dreamcatcher ) , doyeon (  weki meki  ) , sori (  solo artist  ) ,  yeri (  red velvet  ) , yeonjung (  wjsn  ) ,  mei qi (  wjsn  ) , chaeyoung (  fromis_9  ) or vivi (  loona  ) . not all of those have / had brightly colored hair in any eras, but i think they could be a good fit depending on what you had in mind :) note that there’s also a mix of ages and ethnicities here !  if none of these work and you need any more suggestions feel free to send another ask ♥ i hope this helps ~
