The real thing with ADHD is not "I forgot", but that forgetting is this ongoing process. I remembered! And then I forgot.

At ten this (hypothetical) morning I remembered that I have a meeting at six. And then from 11 through 3 I worked on other stuff and had zero thoughts about that meeting. Maybe even thought about what I was gonna do with my evening at home. Got attached to the idea of taking the time to make a good dinner, maybe play some video games.

And then at three I said, "Oh! Fuck!" and remembered again, hopefully long enough to set an alarm. And then I went to the bathroom and remembered that I need to clean the counter and spent twenty minutes cleaning the bathroom and went to get a snack and then at five I said, "OH! FUCK!" and had to scramble to dress like a real adult and get out the door.

It isn't one clean forgetting. It's a constant process of forgetting and then, with an exhausting adrenaline spike, remembering. And then forgetting. Baby, I can forget the same thing more times in a day than you ever forgot your parents' anniversary.

anyways, may take on it is: you don't have to consider any of rebecca sugar's sketches "canon," because it's not actually in the source material. rebecca may have a strong influence on how the fandom sees the characters but it does Not actually change the show. so getting worked up about it in the first place is ridiculous.

I've made and organized a complete canon timeline of Dragon Age—while much of this was already compiled on the timeline page on the wiki, I've added other events, noted the time of year, where applicable, and put down the years for the other two calendars we have! Each Age is in a different tab.

This is also intended to be used as a template to note down custom worldstate timelines as well—if you duplicate the spreadsheet and fill in the Orlesian Chantry Year, the other years will fill in automatically for you!

I honestly don't have a ton of wips rn, between caretaking and getting sick and work and etc I just haven't had a lot of time/energy to draw

most recently I've been doing some doodles of my beloved Mahariel and Teagan bc they're my FUCKING SHMOOPIES and during Veilguard I was constantly thinking about whether Mahariel is still alive by then (she is, in my heart). I have more of these but I like to upload sketches like this in batches so....... yknow lol 🥹

also an exploratory Thing kinda playing around with Inquisition tarot motifs and shapes and stuff, but I ended up not really liking it enough to post (relied too much on linework and not enough on shapes and such, like in the game) and in fact I seem to have entirely deleted the original file 🙈 this is a download from discord which is apparently the only way this piece exists anymore gjhghj; iirc the tarot I had in mind for it was Death

and the first sketch I ever did of Gale, when I first played through BG3 last year :) the scene when he puts your character's hand on his chest to show you his fuck-up with the orb is so weirdly intimate and it DID re-wire my brain chemistry somewhat

and finally a couple WIP pages of Stardew Porn Comic 2, which fell by the wayside when I got covid earlier this year and which I haven't really picked up again as of yet (but I would like to!!!!!). this time around I've been trying to be more organized about my pipeline and how I go about working on pages lol, to try and lessen the chances of extraneous work later (which I ended up having a lot of last time bc of not thinking ahead and being generally disorganized)
