Watched today's episode enough to realize they meant PUPPET rhett & link were retiring.

But, I admit I almost enjoyed my first interpretation more: a blatant confession that they were waiting to retire to make out, and would be doing tons of it shortly.

Between the writers and the prop holders, I've never seen a group of employees so invested in getting their bosses to make out, and I am here for it.

Ok I've gone back and watched the whole video

And Link is definitely resting his hand on Rhett's leg. Later, when Rhett's leg raises enough over the table to be seen, it's lined up with the right side of the microphone, which is right about where Link seems to like, mindlessly, place his hand twice.

No idea why really, or if there's something else there, but it's definitely the same place as Rhett's knee several minutes later. Fun stuff. (I'm too crazy for these men touching, sigh.)
