WOULD YOU PIRATE A GARDEN? (Yes, and here’s how)
Any duffer with opposable thumbs can create their own succulent garden. Through a technique I call plant pirating, I propagate plants by stealing leaves and nubbins from established plants in public parks and overhanging gardens.

Make sure you get a clean break between the leaf and the stem. After photographing those ~a e s t h e t i c~ succulent colours, lay the leaves on top of some nice dirt (or bad dirt...I haven’t found a difference).

Keep the soil moist, and give the lil leaves some sunlight. I sit mine on a windowsill and give them a good mist every day or two.
Unless your cat scoops them out of the container like mine does, you’ll see little pink roots appearing in around a week. I then transplant mine into a nice container or pot, and enjoy my new plant babies!
