also , not a ramcoa victim . i went through psychological torture by my father for ~ 9 years & ongoing abuse that ‘ s no longer daily . that trauma did make me a system , but that was not the intent . i can ‘ t fucking tell you his intent because he ‘ s supposedly forgotten what he did to me , though i have years worth of logs .

i am not crazy ; i have psychotic depression & delusions , but my experiences are very much rooted in reality & I have the check stubs to prove it . i will never let anyone tell me i ‘ m crazy again . i have been called that for years — shut down by cps because he could just tell them i ‘ m fucking insane & they ‘ d leave .

I am not fucking crazy, i am strong & brave & incredibly broken & terrified & irreparable , and i have come to terms with the fact i will never be fixed ; i am as okay with that fact as i can be .

am i selfish for hating someone because they left out of nowhere ? no , just like i ‘ m not selfish for hating an old friend who disappeared a second time without a goodbye . it doesn ‘ t matter how kind you are with it , if I didn ‘ t do you any wrong I don ‘ t think you can reasonably ask me to not fucking HATE you for just uprooting me like this ;
