Thanks for making this event! Between this and the movies coming out earlier this year, it's been very refreshing to get back into drawing ttgl stuff. I really enjoyed drawing the prompts and I loved seeing the other content that was made for this!

thanks for running this event, I actually binge watched gurren lagann for the first time so I could take part in this.

I only did 5/7 days but it was still enjoyable, hope u had fun with it too!!

Gurren Lagann Week Day 7:Free Day

Part 2: because I love showing the process of a large project🙄 the first pjc is the first pic of that comic but out of order. Second row is a gurren lagann/cyberpunk crossover ideal I've been making a comic for. And the rest is my ttgl art from when I first watched it in 2020! The last pic is my first fanart of it ever😩😩 its nice to look back and see the difference between everything. I had a lot of fun with this and I hope I have the chance to do something like this again :)

Gurren Lagann Week Day 7: Free Day

AHHH IM LATE!! But oh my god I'm so glad I participated in this week!! I've never done a themed week before so I'm really happy I actually did it!! I had so much fun! This is also my first time lining a comic digitally so please zoom in if a panel is too tiny or blury!! Gurren Lagann was always meant a lot to me even though I got into it way later than it's prime but I'm really happy that it had a little resurgence this year so I can watxh it again and fall in love with it again!! I'll probably post a part 2 to this of the sketches and some old drawings from when I first got into it for nostalgia

Gurren Lagann Week Day 6- The Lights in the Sky are Stars

I wanted at least one colored drawing for this week and I thought this would be the best use of that. The scenes where they are looking up at the night sky are so pretty to me. I do realize as I'm posting this that I completely forgot Kaminas tattoos but I can't fix it until tonight so I'll keep this up until then😩 EDIT: FIXED IT EARLY!! LETS GOO
