He said flatly holding back an eye-roll, she wasn't wrong Margo was definitely out of his league, which if he was interested in a relationship with her would have definitely been heartbreaking. However instead they had an extremely close friendship, where it was apparently appropriate to get married without the consent of the other party. Once the room was empty with absolutely no grace Quentin dropped his bag to the ground, walked over to Margo and hugged her. "I'm not mad I'm just..." Quentin pulled back and trailed off rubbing the side of his face before looking at Margo. She actually looked apologetic and with the whole sad face he was having a hard time actually being mad. "I wish you would have asked me? I guess?" He probably would have said yes, it was Margo. If she needed something from him he'd bend over backwards to help out. Fuck the fidelity contract better not still be a thing, same with the consummation of the marriage bit. It'd been fun the first time around, really fucked up and drugged and emotionally charged and wrong considering he was cheating, but still fun. Yet he couldn't really muster it up if Eliot wasn't in the mix and that was a whole other loaded situation. "Okay... just... tell me what's going on and we can figure it out. Maybe Fen and El can help."

What happened to the help Dean Fogg had promised them? Margo was no royal - she was living the fake it till you make it life in Fillory. His promised faulted, once more left in the shit without any help. Margo was getting used to that, but now she had help right in front of her. Q. Always there had been a soft spot for Q in her heart, she could be unguarded around him there was that deep rooted friendship. “ I know. Quentin stared at the document in front of him. That was his signature, that was definitely his signature. Like he was literally trying to figure out if he'd actually somehow signed this thing except for the fact that Quentin knows even he would remember signing a marriage certificate. Especially a magical one. Margo being able to replicate his signature so perfectly was all at once completely unsurprising and also mildly terrifying. Blinking Quentin looked over at his friend trying to process the fact that he now had a Wife. Again. Congratulations 16 year old Quentin you're married to the High Queen of Fillory this time around. "Margo why are we married?" He asked flatly readjusting his bag, begging her not to give him some throwaway answer like 'because El has a wife' to step around it. The placement was definitely the Eliot thing, that was a no brainer. He still needed actual facts though or else he was going to be pushed over the brink.

Heavy the crown was, pressure from the South for an alliance and those Stone Bitches all in her business about taxes. Gawd. Drawing a yawn from herself, growing weary of the documents Pick had left her to mull over. Each document starting to look more similar to the last, these kingly duties really took up at a lot of her time yet she swore to do good by Fillory and that is exactly what she would do. What drew her from her near slumber however was the entrance of the nerd king himself. Q. She knew that floppy hair when she saw it, a smile drawing on her face at the familiar sight. How she could just jump up and draw him in for a big hug. Oh that.

The moment had dissipated, eyes closing at the realisation. It almost seemed like a distant memory when Margo had the papers drawn up, putting her talents into use as well for formalising the paperwork. Not one to brag but it was one of her more genius ideas, marrying Q. That's a husband she could live with; not one that would get beheaded or try to steal her castle. A sound option with all things considered especially with the predicament the King found herself in. Sigh coaxed from her as she parted from her table “ Well first off, congratulations on bagging yourself the top bitch in Fillory, It was a nice private ceremony in the castle gardens, shame you missed it but we can have a proper one at a later date with everyone. ” Small laugh trying to lighten the topic, Margo starting to make her way to the middle of her throne room. “ Q.... please don't be mad I can explain. ” Swift flicking of her fingers, one might assume was a spell had the guard exiting the room, dismissing them to give the pair some space to talk out their new situation. “ But for that we'll might need some wine and a good talk because fuck, Fillorys falling apart everythings went balls up and seeing you is the first good bit of my day. ”

I feel like this needs to be said, Margo loves Fillory, always has. Not as much as Q but growing up it was such an important part of her life, and when she gets the chance to go and geek out about it? Adored it

!!!!! Season 5 COMPLAINT. !!!!!

After the gang had saved the world, of course there was another quest. To save Fillory. An impossible task for a Nation that was set on destroying itself, without any gods on the land to intervene it came down to the same group of questers to do their best. The only way? To rebuild the world and save magic.

With the New Founded Fillory, based off of similar land structure from Fenn, Q and Margo's memory they headed into the new world to start the infrastructure from scratch. Using all their tools and wits to create a New Fillory with all the good bits of the World they loved and their old home they loved. Margo took on the role of High King, The First High King of Fillory. High King Margo The Creator.

Appointing a Cabinet of her friends and Fillorions they began to create and build a new land which she would call home. It all started with a meeting of all those in the rapturing, getting them up to speed with what happened and how this was the New World but how the gang intended to keep the culture the same. From this meeting the gang explored the lands mapping out the new and old places, creating a foundation for a new base. A massive basecamp was set up by the magicians until lands had been explored and mapped to ensure the safety of their citizens.

With no clear connection to Earth Margo knew they'd be alone for a while but had no doubt the rest of the gang would find a way to the country.

MARGO HANSON THE DESTROYER THE CAPITOLS SWEETHEART - DISTRICT 1 life was easier than most of the outer reaches with the Capitol favour and money floating around. Margo was born to Adriana Way and Magnus Hanson, a pair of jewellers who were held in high regards of the Capitol for the craftsmanship on Diamond pieces. A direct descendants of Megara Hanson a previous victor who had won in the early years of the game Margo had inherited her grandmothers skills required to compete in the games - which she showed early on gaining her a place in the academy.

From the age of eight Margo spent her days at specialised training facilities honing her natural abilities to possibly one day volunteer. It would be a great honour to her family if she succeeded despite this both her parents had hoped she would continue the family business and fall in their foot steps. Yet Margo showed disinterest in the trade and sought out a future of luxury that the Capitol ravished in.

It was safe to say she was not the most well liked at the academy, with her often unfiltered comments to her peers and bold in her ways she had taken a dislike to the fact many had underestimated her as just a pretty face. It was after a run-in with her boyfriend at the times friend group she decided to leave the academy.

When the reaping came around watching with a yawn it was when the male tribute reaped first, a volunteer steps up. Ray Latanza. Her ex in the flesh she couldn't just pass up the opportunity. What the Heck. Upon the female reaping, I volunteer as tribute. A surprise to all those around her but if anyone was going to kill Ray, well it was going to be her. Any objections. Settled.

An unlikely tribute, only 16 and an academy drop-out her mentors were less than impressed but she didn't care she was there to prove a point. At training she showed her skills with an axe, which was a natural talent of hers and her charm which had the boys from 2 and 4 hanging off her arm. She played on the never getting to see her love again. For the Capitol, but ignoring him in their apartment.

At the arena, she was initially part of the career pack due to her mentors insistence that helped her gain her weapon of choice during the bloodbath and supplies. She stayed with the careers a few days knowing that it would help her survive but got fed up of their antics in the arena, taking some of them out in the moment whilst the rest scarpered. It was only after that turn she realised the pool of trouble she got herself in, alone in the arena... Survival instincts kicked in as she tried to hunt down the rest of the pack. Realising she actually wanted out of this thing.

It was after the games she found her people, her victory party in the Capitol she saw the Victor from the year previous entertaining a group. The boy whom presented himself like one of them yet Margo knew he was a boy from the outer lands. Eliot Waugh. The 16 year old boy from 10 who won his games by playing smart. After introductions the pair hit it right off, like they had known each other their whole lives.

Margo learned so much from q, if anything his love for Fillory and his friends definitely inspired her to do the same. She quote wwqcd (what would quentin coldwater do) with every decision she makes. It was obvious she loved el but she definitely grew to love him the same.. Their small vulernable moments during the series are clear of that. and although we don't speak of the end of s4 her having his crown showed how much she cared and that they shared the common love of fillory in this ted talk.

Margo and Fenn having a complicated start here. Is it because Margo loved Josh and Fenn ( her heart eyes at the games for Fenn and her knives oml ) to then find out her boyfriend and crush got together??? They are all being so messy Margo letting them die for Fillory aswell??? Someone should have been asking What would Q do.
