An exhibit in Brooklyn aims to upend stereotypes about public housing by profiling residents and their achievements. The curators know their subject well; they once lived in public housing themselves.

Exhibitions like this one fueled my passion for photography. Who doesn't love the idea of capturing remarkable human beings. Pizza and photography - solid reason to visit NYC.

Hans Zimmer - Certified Remarkable

Yes, the visuals were stunning but the score... the score was absolutely fantastic. Not since hearing Zarathustra in accompaniment to 2001: A Space Odyssey have I been pushed to the brink of duress.

Artistically, I can only hope to leave behind such an idea - a work that promises to engage but in imaginative ways that I cannot foresee.

Inspiration for an exciting week. Michael Cina has created a stunning blend of mesmerizing colors - "Shelter" feels remarkably, fresh. The liquid textures and abstract shapes remind me of my cousin John's color explorations post-undergrad. Geeking out over the discovery of such a summer palette on a dreary day.
