Biography:

Determined and efficient, Megan never takes any prisoners. She’s not afraid to get stuck in and ask the hard questions. Being one of five children in a small town wasn’t without it’s trials and tribulations. It can be odd having your sister’s as your best friends and it’s not something that every child that Meg went to school with could understand. But she liked it. The house was never quiet and despite petty arguments, overall the Nettles children were close. Their parents had got together later in life and moved to Crestle Cove after the adopting Megan. Megan has never known anything else. Megan has never paid much attention to the fairy stories of Crestle Cove. Magic isn’t real and therefore there’s no use wasting time looking for it. However, she does enjoy looking into the history of Crestle Cove and has been known to go to the museum on her days off. In High school Meg wasn’t exactly popular, but she was valedictorian, class president and in the town band. She loves Crestle Cove and although she decided to go away to Med School. She always knew that she was going to come home to the town she was born in.

Megan has always been working hard. Not because she had to. But because she wanted to. She enjoyed the routine of work, she enjoyed feeling tired at the end of a productive day and going to med school proved to be the perfect adventure of Meg. It was everything she’d ever wanted. She buried herself in medical textbooks, research papers and eventually into clinical practise. She never let her heart get in the way of serious decisions and to this day she still makes decisions based on strict logic. Never on her heart. She’s pretty sure it’s why she’s still single. Meg missed her home town while she was away and would frequently get home sick. She’d miss her mother and her siblings and she came home almost every single weekend. When Meg graduated, coming back home to do her residency was a no brainer and eventually when she was qualified she got a job in the local practise as a General Practitioner. Although she now lives in her own house, she is still very close to her siblings and her parents.

As the eldest sister, Meg is used to being the one that her siblings come to for advice. That’s why when her brother Kevin decided to leave town with a simple note left to inform his family and fiancee, Meg knew something was wrong. She tried calling and calling him but her brother didn’t pick up. She became more and more concerned and although now it seems like Kevin has completely cut ties with his family. Meg knows something more is going on. It’s unlike her brother to just disappear and she’s not going to let it go until she finds out what’s going on.

The Nettles are all incredibly close and despite their differences they always turn to each other in times of need.

Kevin Bryant: Meg knows something is wrong. She tried calling and calling him but her brother didn’t pick up. Biography:

Georgia was always the youngest and most adored of the Nettles children. Georgia was adopted when she was twelve years old and has always had a close relationship with her siblings and her parents. She loved her sister Angelica, who is closest to her in age.  They were best friends, partners in crime and Georgia told Angie all of her secrets. Georgie was a quiet and loving child, at family events she’d sit back and let her siblings shine. Compared to them, she always put herself down. When her brother went missing, none of that changed. It was assumed that Kevin had found something to run away for, a job, a girl. He was a young man living his life. It was never seen as something to be concerned about. Georgie doesn’t see why her eldest sister sees this as such a big problem.

Georgia became the most popular girl in school. She wanted to be the only Miss Nettles anyone was talking about. By 16, she’d achieved this. Her best friend’s worshipped her and she was excelling in everything she did. Although, at home her life wasn’t as it seemed. Her parents argued constantly. They were increasingly protective over her and in order to go to any parties she had to sneak out, or be dropped off by a sibling or parent.

She had always been an independent child and when she turned 18, it felt like her parents were suffocating her. She needed to get out. She went to college in Crestle Cove. But she moved out into her own apartment - paid for by her parents of course. She studied languages and dreamt of going to Paris, Rome, London. Anywhere that would take her away from Crestle Cove for a while. When she was 20, that opportunity came on an exchange programme. She could continue her degree in Copenhagen for the last two years. It wasn’t exactly the glamorous city she’d dreamed of. But it was Europe nonetheless.

When she finished her degree she had no choice but to return home to Crestle Cove and figure out what she wants to do with her life. The obvious path would be to get her teaching certificates and work in the local high school. But she’s just a young adult trying to figure her life out. Until then, she’s working as her father’s secretary. It doesn’t pay well and living at home isn’t what she wanted. But it’s the hand she’s been dealt. The day she landed back in the USA… she received a strange text. At first she brushed it off as spam, although part of her can’t help but wonder if someone’s playing with her.

Connections:

The Nettles siblings: Growing up, the Nettles were all pretty close. But Georgia began to pull away from them when she went to study abroad. She doesn’t see Kevin leaving town as a big deal, it’s only exactly what she did. She rolls her eyes and thinks that her siblings are over reacting whenever they bring it up.

Josh O’Connor: The pair are similar in age and Georgie has started seeing Josh for a coffee every now and then, she wouldn't call it a relationship but she's hopeful for the future.

Biography:

Angelica had an incredibly happy childhood, her parents were an older couple with a large family and she loved growing up with siblings. She was closest to her sister Georgie who was often referred to as her partner in crime. The sister’s were only a year apart and they’re close even to this day. She isn’t as close to eldest sister Meghan, mainly because they are so similar that their personalities clash. Angie enjoyed the company of her brother Kevin and was shocked when Kevin suddenly left town. It was unlike him, he’d never expressed the need to go and travel or ever leave the family. She cares, but she’s focussed on her own life and her own career.

Angie enjoyed politics from a young age, much like her father. Angie went to college in Crestle Cove and in her final year took an internship in the mayor’s campaign office.On her graduation, she was offered a graduate position as the Mayor’s personal assistant. It’s not the political career she always dreamed of. But in her first year out of college, she is excited to have a job that is within politics and so close to the mayor of the town.

Angie has no idea that she is a witch. Although aware she was adopted, like her sisters, Angie has no idea that she was born in Crestle Cove. More specifically, Angie is from an old Crestle Cove line of witches, the Ryan blood line. The dream’s she’s been experiencing are a common ‘gift’ on the female side of the Ryan bloodline. Angie has been seeing a doctor for her headaches and seeing a therapist for her dreams. She has no idea that it’s the first sign of her magic emerging.

Connections:

The Nettles: Her family and the family that have raised her. Angie knows nothing else and is close to her siblings in a normal way. She doesn’t think much of her brother Kevin leaving town and in general tries to get on with her normal everyday life drama free.

Oakley Ryan: The mayor of the town and Angie’s boss. Angie gets on well with Oakley and the mayor have a great working relationship. Although he tends to get a little personal and involved in her life. Which she thinks is weird. She has no idea it’s because he’s her father.

Sebastian Valez: Sebastian is Angie’s therapist, they’ve known each other years and he’s the only one that Angie has told about her dreams.

Biography:

From the outside, Yasmin just looks like a small town waitress. She might even just look like your average, loyal, coven witch. But if you knew her full back story, you’d see there’s so much more to Yasmin Charles. Yas was an only child and she was doted on by her two loving parents. They were both witches and in the little sleepy town in Virginia that she grew up in was pretty perfect. But there was something more sinister to this town. The town was remote and it had warring factions of supernatural creatures. In order to stay strong, the coven nominated young witches to asborb the power of their coven. Thus, acting a conduit for the coven's power. The witches would pour energy into the young witches, until they were the strongest of witches. Then the coven would draw on this power. These witches became a symbol of strength for the coven and would dedicate their entire life and being to being a conduit. When Yas was 21, she was selected to be the conduit.

At first, Yas was excited to be the conduit, even honoured. It was all she’d known. But as the time drew nearer, she began to grow more nervous about the idea of losing who she was. About becoming more then just Yas from Virginia. Yas didn't want to be abnormally strong, she didn't want to be a powerful witch. She just wanted to be Yas. In the middle of the night, she packed up a bag and she ran. There were those that tried to stop her and there were some casualties along the way. But she didn’t have any time to turn and look back. She had to disappear. Yas went off the grid and that’s how she arrived in Crestle Cove. Crestle Cove’s history is rich in witch craft and she knew there was no escaping that. But when she explained what had happened to her to Ana Benton one of the coven mother’s, she was horrified. Ana promised a sanctuary for Yas. A safe place to live and she would have a home for life, if she wanted it. The Crestle Coven has sworn to side with Yas, even if her old coven comes knocking.

Yas settled in easily and over a decade later, she’s a massive part of the community in Crestle Cove. She works at Gerry’s, also known as the Crestle Bar and Grill as a waitress. She doesn’t know it, but the mother’s have her pinned as a possibility for taking over as a supreme of the coven when one of the supreme's pass. Although that could be another twenty years away. She continues to study magic and worry about the day when her past might come knocking.

Connections:

Gerry Henrikson || Friend/Boss || Gerry has connections with the coven and was more then happy to hook Yas up with a job. The pair are friendly although she knows very little about his species, or his personal life. Growing up she was taught that werewolves were savages and she still harbours a small fear for them. Even if she knows that’s irrational.

Mitchell Mather || Friend/Colleague|| Mitch is a sweet guy and Yas can almost feel the pain he goes through sometimes. She wishes more then anything that she could help him… and she wonders if magic could offer some sort of relief for him.

Ana Benton || Mother of coven|| All three mothers of the coven have been kind to Yas, but Ana in particular has been amazing. Even over a decade later the woman checks up on her and she is so thankful for everything the coven has done for her.

Bradley Johnson IS OPEN

Biography:

The Johnson brothers are something of an oddity in the supernatural world and for that reason, they are continually moving. When two supernatural beings, of different species have a baby the outcome is genuinely unpredictable. Many scholars from the Order of Stearne have tried to write and pinpoint exact details on what happens when different species mix. All of them have been unsuccessful. The Johnson brothers are two siblings, from the same parents of different species. An occurrence that almost never happens. Bradley’s father was a witch, his mother a werewolf.

For the most part, Bradley is exactly like any other witch. However, his powers emerged much earlier then any other young witch. It is thought that the mix of werewolf and magic in his blood triggered an event that set off his magic much earlier then it should’ve. His powers were exciting for him as a young boy. Although his father always warned him to be careful. His father was a strict man and he spent most of his time trying to shape Bradley into the perfect witch. His father constantly drummed it into Bradley that if he worked hard enough, perhaps one day he would have magic that would rival the Mother’s themselves. As a child, Bradley didn’t really understand any of this and as a teenage, Bradley began to rebel against it. He dropped out of all coven meetings, not wanting to have any part in it. He still did the odd spell, but never anything more then lighting a cigarette when he forgot his lighter. Bradley’s younger brother Hunter, was expected to develop his powers just as quickly as his elder brother. But they never came. He appeared to be human. Bradley spent most of his teen years resenting his brother for that. He had the chance to be normal. He didn’t have any pressure on him. They didn’t expect him to be anything. He tried his best not to let that show, but bitterness is hard to bury between brothers.

Bradley left town at 21 with no intention to return. He felt like he was suffocating inside Crestle Cove and he didn’t feel any emotional ties with it. Bradley didn’t talk to any of his family for nearly 11 years. He travelled around the country doing this and that. Making a living doing whatever job came up. He had no particular talents, but his strong magic meant that he figured most things out with ease. Bradley had no intention to return to the place of his birth, that was until he received a panicked from call from his little brother Hunter. He didn’t understand a word of what the young man was saying, but he knew he had to be home for him.

Connections:

Hunter Jackson: Bradley’s little brother. The pair haven’t spoken for eleven years. But after oen phone call, Bradley is rushing home to be beside his brother’s side. He needs him and he isn’t going to let him down.

Alexa Ryan: He remembers Lexie from school, she was a shifter and the pair bonded over their shared supernatural traits. Just like his family, Bradley hasn’t spoken to Lexie for going on 11 years.

Biography:

He could have a girlfriend and get married, have kids. Be normal. He didn’t have to worry about hunters. But for the other side of him. He was a kid that had grown up in the supernatural world and he was… normal. He was disappointed. He felt like he’d let his family down, especially his father. Hunter knew that his brother resented him slightly and he didn’t blame him for it. He’d be the same if the situation was turned.

When his brother left, Hunter remained in Crestle Cove. He liked the small town feel and he’s been happy for the past 11 years. He works at the Crestle Car automatics as a mechanic/salesman and he enjoys working on cars. It isn’t exactly the big bright future his father wanted for him. But one day he intends to save up enough money to buy the place. Everything in Hunter’s life was very normal. Until the 2nd of March, which marked an important ritual for the witches of Crestle Cove and an notable night for the pack. For the night, the powers of the witches were weakened and the strength of the wolves were heightened. During this, the witch inside Hunter was finally weak enough to let the wolf through and Hunter experienced his first transformation. It was painful and horrifying and he didn’t know what was happening until the morning after. He was scared, he was panicked and the first person he wanted was his brother. He called Bradley, begging him to return to Crestle Cove to help him. It has been a few months and Hunter isn’t expecting his brother to return just for him. Hunter has been managing the last few transformations himself and hasn’t yet been to the pack for help.

Connections:

Bradley Johnson: Bradley’s is his big brother. The pair haven’t spoken for eleven years. But after one phone call, Bradley is rushing home to be beside his brother’s side. Hunter has no knowledge of Bradley's return to town.

Julia Wundt: Julia works with Hunter at the garage and she tends to keep herself to herself.

Biography:

Julia is a self made business woman. After being bitten by a werewolf in Crestle Cove as a small child, Julia became a member of the Crestle Pack. At the time the leader of the pack was Dwight’s father and the next in line his older brother. But after their premature deaths, Dwight became the next leader. Julia was only a child at this point and she grew up fairly close to Dwight’s eldest son Gerry. She was oblivious to everything going on. Her parents took her to the pack meetings and to the pack once a month on the full moon. She was lucky and had extremely supportive parents. When she was fourteen, her mother passed away and her father was stricken hard with grief. She did her best to look after him and at sixteen she left school to support her father full time. Luckily, the pack did everything in their power to support her. They were like extended family to the Wundt’s and when Julia went to buy the garage, the pack loaned her the money to do so.

The amazing thing about the pack, is the variety of people within it and Julia took full advantage of this. Business men, skilled mechanics, people who knew how to do admin. Julia learnt everything she could from people from the pack and when it came to opening her own business. She flew. By the age of twenty-five, she had paid the pack back in full and her business was still thriving. The great thing about a garage in a small town, is that people were always looking for a convenient place to have their cars serviced and to get gas and that wasn’t going to change anytime soon.

Julia still owns the garage, although she’s less hands on. She took on Hunter Johnson a young man from town who takes care of the day to day running of the garage. Along with Theo Thorpe, a mechanic from the pack. The boys do a pretty good job of looking after the garage and she rarely has to check up on the business. Julia spent a lot of time helping with the finances of the pack and now helps Gerry out when she’s required. She’s fully supportive of Dwight’s son and would fight to the death for the pack.

Connections:

Dwight Henrikson: Julia was only young when he became leader of the pack. But she is loyal and fully supports his son now that Dwight is gone. She grew up with his son Gerry.

Theo Thorpe: Theo was reckless when he started working at the garage. He was a dumb kid who didn’t know how to turn up to work on time. Julia is pretty proud of how she’s helped him turn his shit around. Although she can still be harsh on him at times.

Hunter Johnson:  Hunter is a smart guy, although lately he’s been slightly off of his game. Julia knows a little about his parental situation. She thinks that he is human, or a witch like his brother. She has no idea that he’s turned for the first time and has been dealing with that alone.
