Today marked Xiao’s birthday, while birthdays didn’t happen to be his specialty he did however wish to try for his beloved. Admittedly nerves had been getting the best of him, he’d firstly painted a picture he’d gotten from the lantern festival. It was a rather beautiful view, something Albedo could only hope Xiao would enjoy. He’d also taken time out to nail down the PERFECT almond tofu, of course his boyfriend would be the true voice if it was or not.

The table had been set for them, away from everyone else so it could be just them. Small candles lit the area around them, flowers in the middle of the table. A card made by Klee next to them, the blonde thought it was almost picture perfect. The only thing that was missing was the birthday boy himself—- but if that was the magic cue there Xiao stood. “Happy Birthday, I hope you don’t mind this setup. I thought it would be nice and peaceful, I know like myself you dislike crowds so… I thought that this would be nice.” A hand reaches out to hold onto his beloveds, “I hope that today will treat you well my love.” With that a kiss was pressed onto Xiao’s cheek, “I hope that we can spend the rest of our birthdays in each other’s company.”

FEAR.
