Is Rohit Sharma Hanging Up His Boots?
Tumblr media
Indian ODI captain Rohit Sharma is currently focused on improving his fitness in the gym, but there are growing signs that the BCCI might be planning to phase him out of ODI cricket sooner than expected. Under his leadership, India has enjoyed consistent success, including winning two ICC trophies. However, many reports suggest that the upcoming series against Australia could be Rohit’s final international appearance.
At 37, Rohit has often expressed his desire to play in the 2027 ODI World Cup, aiming to complete the unfinished business from the 2023 World Cup. India had an impressive run in that tournament, reaching the final undefeated, but ultimately fell short in the championship match—a loss that still weighs heavily on fans.
Looking at his ODI career, Rohit Sharma has amassed 11,168 runs, including 32 centuries and 58 half-centuries. He is the only cricketer to have scored three double centuries in ODIs, including the highest-ever individual score of 264 against Sri Lanka in 2014 at Eden Gardens, Kolkata.
When Rohit took over the captaincy from Virat Kohli, India faced a tough loss in the 2022 T20 World Cup semifinal against England in Adelaide. But since then, he has transformed Indian cricket with a fearless approach. Post-2022 T20 World Cup knockout stage, India has played 25 matches in ICC tournaments, winning 23 of them, with one rain-abandoned match and only one loss—the 2023 World Cup final, which still stings for fans.
While supporters want both Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli to continue in the ODI format through the next World Cup, the BCCI appears to be considering fresh leadership options, possibly Shreyas Iyer or Shubman Gill. After the Asia Cup 2025, the board is expected to discuss future plans with Rohit and Virat. Should Rohit decide to step down, Shreyas Iyer could be named the new ODI captain. However, if Rohit wishes to continue, the transition might be delayed. Fans hope Rohit not only continues playing ODIs but also leads the team as captain and retires with an ODI World Cup trophy in hand.
It is not that India cannot win the World Cup without Rohit. Today India's team is considered one of the strongest teams in the world. But if Rohit really takes retirement after the Australia series, it will be a big blow for the Indian team and future players will also start worrying about their future.

Top 5 Best Test Captain of India – 2025 Updated
Tumblr media
The Indian team played its first Test match against England in the year 1932. C.K. Nayudu took over the reins of the Indian team in that match. Since then, Test cricket captaincy has been like an evolution, with different captains shaping the future of the team in the longest format of the game in their unique ways. Although the statistics paint a clear picture of success, the impact and legacy of these captains go far beyond their winning figures. Today, in this article, we will know about the top five Test captains of India who have left their indelible mark on Indian cricket.
1. Virat Kohli (2014-2022)
Virat Kohli is considered to be India's most successful Test captain. His tenure was marked by an aggressive, fearless approach and an unwavering emphasis on fitness.  Taking over the captaincy from MS Dhoni, Kohli transformed the Indian Test team into a formidable force both at home and, importantly, overseas. Under his leadership, India achieved historic series wins in Australia (2018-19 and 2020-21) and became the first Asian team to do so. He instilled a winning mentality, backed his fast bowlers to the hilt and built a team that consistently challenged opponents in every situation. Kohli's passion and zeal set a new benchmark for Indian Test cricket. Under Kohli's captaincy, India played a total of 68 Tests, out of which India won 40.
2. MS Dhoni (2008-2014)
Former Skipper MS Dhoni added a different dimension to Indian Test captaincy.  Although his overseas record has not been as impressive as Kohli's, Dhoni has built a stronghold for India's Test team at home, making India almost invincible on turning tracks. He led India to the No. 1 ranking in Test cricket for the first time in 2009. Dhoni's calm nature, clever strategic thinking, and ability to handle pressure have been crucial in handling challenging situations. Under Dhoni's captaincy, India played a total of 60 matches, winning 27 matches while 15 matches ended in draws. He played a key role in grooming young talent and providing them a stable platform for better performance, thereby laying the foundation for future success.
 3. Sourav Ganguly (2000-2005)
Sourav Ganguly is credited with infusing a fighting spirit and new aggression into Indian cricket during a challenging period. Taking over after the match-fixing scandal, Ganguly reinvented the team and fostered a culture of resilience and confidence. Under his bold leadership, India achieved significant successes abroad, including memorable Test wins in England and Australia. Ganguly supported new talent and match-winners like Virender Sehwag, Yuvraj Singh, Harbhajan Singh, and Zaheer Khan. Under his captaincy, India played a total of 49 Test matches, in which India won 21 matches while 15 matches ended in draws. His legacy is not just limited to winning at home, but he taught the Indian team to win Test matches abroad.
4. Mohammad Azharuddin (1990-1999)
Mohammad Azharuddin led India for a long time in the 1990s. Though his win percentage may seem low compared to later captains, India showed their strength at home during Azharuddin's tenure. He was a shrewd captain, known for his subtle moves and intuitive field placements. Most of India's victories under his leadership came on home soil, where the team was strong. Under his captaincy, India played a total of 47 Test matches in which India won 14 matches, while 19 matches ended in draws.
5. Rahul Dravid (2004-2007)
Rahul Dravid captained the Indian Test team in 25 matches, winning 8, losing 6, and drawing 11. His win percentage as captain was 32.00%. Dravid led India to Test series victories in the West Indies (2006) and England (2007). He became the test skipper in 2004 against Pakistan, when he took over from Sourav Ganguly, who was absent due to injury. He was appointed as a stand-in captain for the first two Test matches of the series. Dravid then led India in 25 Test matches between 2003 and 2007.
Apart from these 5 captaincies, Rohit Sharma, Anil Kumble, Dilip Vengsarkar, and many other captains have written the legacy of Indian Test cricket. Recently, the reins of Test cricket have been handed over to Shubman Gill, and he will definitely want to take Indian Test cricket to a new level in the upcoming cricket matches. Recently, Gill's captaincy has been tested in England, where India is trailing 1–2 after 3 matches, but India's performance in this series has been commendable.

Rishabh Pant Etched His Name In History Books With Consecutive Century Knocks Against England
Tumblr media
India's star wicketkeeper-batsman Rishabh Pant displayed a brilliant display of aggressive and resilient Test match batting, achieving a rare and remarkable feat by scoring centuries in both innings of the first Test against England at Headingley in June 2025. Though India lost the thrilling encounter, Pant's brilliance stood out and cemented his place in cricket's top record books.
Pant's exceptional performance started in the first innings, where he scored a brilliant 134 runs. His innings was characterised by his adventurous strokeplay and fearless intent, which formed the backbone of India's score. He shared a crucial 209-run partnership with skipper Shubman Gill, helping India post a massive 471-run total. It was his seventh century in Test cricket, and he surpassed MS Dhoni to become the Indian wicketkeeper with the most Test centuries.
Pant then faced the England bowlers fiercely in the second innings as well and once again took advantage of the opportunity. He showed another masterclass, scoring another century in the match. This time, 118 runs came off his bat, which included 8 fours and 3 sixes. This second century in the match was scored under heavy pressure and further highlighted his unique ability to change the course of the game. By scoring centuries in both innings, Pant became the second designated wicketkeeper to achieve this amazing feat in the 148-year history of Test cricket, joining Zimbabwe's Andy Flower, who achieved this feat in 2001.
Pant also became the seventh Indian batsman to score a double century in a Test match and, notably, the first Indian to do so on England soil. The 252 runs scored by him also set a new record for the highest score by an Indian wicketkeeper in a Test. Despite Pant's heroic efforts, which included a record-equalling nine sixes in the match on English soil, India unfortunately lost, and England successfully chased down a formidable target.
The result is disappointing for India, but the significance of Pant's double centuries does not diminish. It was a performance that underlined his growing stature as one of the most exciting and influential Test cricketers in the world, impressing fans and pundits alike with his exceptional talent. Pant would like to replicate the same performance in the upcoming cricket match. Pant, who has been criticised for his poor performance for a long time, is now back in form. The great Gavaskar was very upset with his wrong shot selection in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy, but in this series, he is not shying away from praising Pant.

After 27 years, South Africa ended the drought of the ICC trophy
Tumblr media
For the ardent, but long-suffering fans of South African cricket, the date of June 14, 2025, will forever go down in history. The Proteas finally ended their 27-year ICC trophy drought at the iconic Lord's Cricket Ground in London, and won the World Test Championship (WTC) title with a stunning five-wicket win over their arch-rivals, Australia.
The excitement and sense of relief that swept the cricketing world, and especially South Africa, was palpable. For nearly three decades, the "chokers" tag has rubbed a team that has consistently boasted world-class talent the wrong way. Since their triumph in the 1998 ICC Knockout Trophy (Champions Trophy), near misses, heartbreaking semifinal exits, and bizarre run-out incidents have become the unfortunate story of South African cricket at global events.
The journey to this historic WTC final was not at all straightforward. South Africa had a challenging start to the championship cycle with just one win in their first five Test matches. However, this team made a great comeback and won seven consecutive matches to secure their place in the WTC final. All the fans believed that Australia had the upper hand over South Africa, but in the final, South Africa surprised everyone by showing proof of their new mental strength.
In the World Test Championship Final 2025, South Africa won the toss and decided to bowl first. Australia scored 212 runs in the first innings with the help of brilliant half-centuries from veteran batsman Steve Smith (66) and Beau Webster (72). Kagiso Rabada took five wickets in the first innings for Africa. South Africa's batsmen, who came out intending to take a big lead in front of 212 runs, collapsed for just 138 runs in the first innings. None of the batsmen of the team could face Australia captain Pat Cummins (6 wickets), with which Australia got a lead of 74 runs based on the first innings. Australian batsmen also failed miserably in the second innings. Australia looked in a lot of trouble after losing 7 wickets for just 74 runs at one stage, but from here Mitchell Starc hit a tremendous half-century to take the team to 207 runs. He got good support from Alex Carey and Josh Hazlewood.
Chasing a challenging target of 282 runs to win, the Proteas displayed unwavering determination. Markram's 136-run innings in the final match will undoubtedly go down as one of the most important innings in South African cricket history. He found an able ally in Captain Temba Bavuma. Playing with an injured hamstring, Bavuma’s cricket score in the WTC Final 2025’s 2nd innings was 66 runs. In this innings, he displayed immense courage and leadership. The 147-run partnership for the third wicket was the foundation of South Africa's chase, which systematically reduced Australia's lead and put the Proteas in a commanding position.
The Proteas team had almost confirmed their victory on the third day of the match. The team needed just 69 runs on the fourth day with eight wickets remaining. However, Australia tried to bounce back after the dismissal of captain Bavuma. David Bedingham's restrained efforts and the winning runs hit by Kyle Verreynne ensured a historic victory. The celebrations that followed saw most of the South African players emotional, with former greats like Dale Steyn, AB de Villiers, who played their entire careers without an ICC trophy, expressing immense joy.
South Africa winning the ICC Trophy not only marks their second ICC title but also a profound change in their cricket identity. Under the captaincy of Temba Bavuma, a new era of South African cricket has begun, characterised by resilience, self-belief, and the ability to perform under the most intense pressure. The "chokers" tag has been emphatically discarded, replaced by the rightful title of World Test Champions. This victory is a powerful testament to their unwavering spirit and a source of immense pride for a nation that has waited so patiently for this moment.

Top 5 Performers for India A on the England Tour
Tumblr media
The Indian team has reached England to play a 5-match Test series against England. The first Test of the series will be played at Headingley from June 20. Meanwhile, India A's tour of England also concluded recently. Two unofficial Test matches were played between the two teams. During the series, a glimpse of many promising Indian cricketers was seen, who won the hearts of the fans by showcasing their talent in challenging overseas conditions. Although both matches were drawn, the series provided valuable information about the depth of India's talent pool and highlighted players who are constantly knocking on the doors to make a place in the national team. In this article, we will know the top 5 India A players who performed brilliantly on the England tour.
1. Karun Nair
Karun Nair, often remembered for his triple century in Test cricket, made a strong case for his return to the national setup with a brilliant performance.  He emerged as the highest run-scorer in the series, scoring 259 runs in three innings at an impressive average of 86.33. He played a brilliant knock in the first unofficial Test at Canterbury, when his cricket score was 204 runs. It was a masterclass of his patience, accumulation, and resolute batting. Nair's calm presence at the crease and his knack for scoring big will undoubtedly put him back on the selectors' radar, especially with the Senior Test series against England starting soon.
2. KL Rahul
The Senior Indian batsman, KL Rahul, who had specifically requested to be part of the India A squad to regain red-ball form, made a strong statement with his performance. In the second unofficial Test at Northampton, Rahul patiently scored 116 in the first innings and a crucial 51 in the second innings. His total of 167 runs in two innings at an average of 83.50 showcased his class and readiness for the upcoming cricket series. Rahul's ability to adapt and score runs against a quality attack will be a vital boost for the Indian top order.
3. Dhruv Jurel
Dhruv Jurel continued his impressive rise, showcasing his ability with both the bat and the gloves. He was a consistent run-scorer for India A, scoring 227 runs in four innings at an average of 75.67. Jurel's scores included a half-century in each of the three innings he batted in the series. His reliability behind the stumps and consistently impressive contributions with the bat make him a strong contender for future senior team selection, especially in the longer format.
4. Anshul Kamboj
Anshul Kamboj was arguably the find of the series for India A.  The young pacer impressed with his disciplined bowling and emerged as the joint-top wicket-taker for India A, taking 5 wickets in two matches at an average of 26.2. What stood out was his economy rate of just 3.04, showing remarkable control in conditions that favoured pacers. To cap off his impressive tour, Kamboj also contributed with the bat, scoring an unbeaten 51 in the second innings of the second unofficial Test to prove his all-rounder potential. His performance has certainly put him on the radar for future opportunities.
5. Khaleel Ahmed
Left-arm pacer Khaleel Ahmed made a significant mark despite playing only one match. In the second unofficial Test, Khaleel picked up 4 for 70 in the first innings, troubling the England Lions batsmen with his pace and swing. His performance highlighted the importance of a left-arm pacer in English conditions and underlined his ability to provide variety to the Indian attack. Given India's perennial search for a quality left-arm pacer, Khalil's strong performances will surely catch the selectors' attention.

The Big Show “Glenn Maxwell” Announces ODI Retirement
Tumblr media
Glenn Maxwell, Australia's dynamic all-around batsman, has declared his retirement from One-Day International cricket. He is still playing Twenty20 Internationals and could feature in the T20 World Cup in 2026. Although Maxwell has not yet formally retired from Test cricket, it is doubtful that he will ever be selected to play red-ball cricket again. Maxwell announced his retirement in an interview on the Final Word podcast on Monday. He claimed that the physical strain of playing ODI cricket had become too much for him after injuring his foot in 2022 and experiencing pain after the 2017 Champions Trophy matches.
In his ODI career, Maxwell has amassed 3990 runs, including 4 hundreds and 23 half-centuries. In the 2023 ODI World Cup, he also achieved his highest-ever one-day international cricket score, a double century against Afghanistan. He scored 201* runs in 128 balls during this match, including 10 sixes and 21 fours. Additionally, this innings is regarded as the greatest ODI innings in cricket history. It was the first double century by any player while chasing and the first by an Australian in ODI cricket. It was the first double century scored by a non-opener aside from this. Maxwell played this innings playing at number 6 when Australia were bowled out for 91 for 7 while chasing 292 runs.
In addition to ODIs, he has also scored 339 runs in test format and 2664 runs in T20Is. Maxwell had more T20I opportunities. In the shorter format, he crushed five hundreds and eleven half-centuries. Even yet, his Red Ball format isn't very good. He scored his lone test century against India at Ranchi in 2017 in 14 test innings. He may not have been successful in the longer format, but he helped Australia win many memorable matches in white ball cricket. Because of his incredible cricketing shots, his followers dubbed him the Big Show. He has also played for a number of IPL teams, such as the Punjab Kings, Royal Challengers Bengaluru, Mumbai Indians, and Delhi Capitals. However, he was having trouble in the IPL, save for one or two editions.
Maxwell played his final ODI against India in the Champions Trophy 2025, and he made his ODI debut against Afghanistan in 2012. He participated in his last ODI match in the Champions Trophy 2025 semifinal match versus India. His teammate Steven Smith also declared his retirement from ODIs following the semi-final match. Despite his reputation as a big-hitter, Maxwell is also a skilled spin bowler. He claimed 77 wickets in ODIs, including four four-wicket hauls. His bowling contribution to his squad is not demonstrated by his bowling statistics.
He has featured in many of Australia's famous tournament victories, including the 2021 T20 World Cup and the 2015 and 2023 ODI World Cups. Maxwell will be eligible for the five-match T20 series against the West Indies starting on July 20 and is expected to be fit for the start of Major League Cricket in the United States at some point. He is currently recovering from a finger fracture he suffered during IPL 2025. Before the T20 series, the Australian team will also play a three-Test series with the West Indies.

Top 5 wicketkeepers who scored most runs in an IPL season
Tumblr media
In IPL 2025, Sai Sudarshan of Gujarat Titans is currently the highest run-scorer with 679 runs. This time, apart from some top-class batsmen, wicketkeeper-batsmen have also scored a lot of runs for their respective franchises, including legendary wicketkeeper-batsmen Jos Buttler, KL Rahul and Ryan Rickelton. But this is not the first time that a wicketkeeper-batsman has scored big scores in IPL history. Such a feat has happened many times before in the IPL. Today in this list we will know about the top 5 wicketkeepers who have scored the most runs as a wicketkeeper in a season of IPL
1. 684 runs - Rishabh Pant (2018)
Rishabh Pant played a great season while playing for Delhi Daredevils (now Delhi Capitals).  In IPL 2018, he scored 684 runs for his team, including a century and 5 half-centuries. He was playing that tournament with an average of 52.61 and a strike rate of 173.60. His highest cricket score in IPL also came in the same edition, when he scored an unbeaten 128* against Sunrisers Hyderabad. He was the second-highest run-scorer of the tournament after Sunrisers Hyderabad's Kane Williamson (735). He made his IPL debut for Delhi Capitals and is now a part of Lucknow Super Giants. But unfortunately, LSG team did not qualify for the playoffs, under pant captaincy in IPL 2025.
2. 660 Runs - Robin Uthappa (2014)
Former Indian wicketkeeper-batsman Robin Uthappa had a stellar IPL season in 2014. He scored 660 runs, including 5 half-centuries, during the tournament. Although he kept wicket for a part of the season, his main role was that of a top-order batsman who could also keep wickets.  His consistent scoring played a vital role in KKR winning the IPL title that year. His brilliant batting helped KKR win the IPL 2014 title. Apart from Kolkata, he has also played for Mumbai Indians, Pune Warriors India, Royal Challengers Bangalore, Rajasthan Royals and Chennai Super Kings in his IPL career. He has scored 4952 runs in his IPL career.
3. 659 Runs - KL Rahul (2018)
Playing for Punjab Kings, KL Rahul showed his classical batting during IPL 2018. He scored 659 runs with 6 half-centuries. He was playing with an average of 54.91 and a strike rate of 158.41 in that edition. He was the third-highest run-scorer of the tournament after Kane Williamson and Rishabh Pant. Apart from Kings XI Punjab, Rahul has also played for RCB, SRH, LSG and DC in his IPL career.  In IPL 2025, he is a part of Delhi Capitals. And this year too, he scored more than 500 runs.
4. 626 Runs - KL Rahul (2021)
KL Rahul has once again made it to this list for his performance in the 2021 season. This year he was also playing for Punjab Kings. He continued to play the dual role of wicketkeeper and main batsman. In this edition, he scored 626 runs including 6 half-centuries. He had an average of 62.60 and a strike rate of 138.80 that season.
Rahul has scored 5222 runs in his IPL career, including 5 centuries and 40 half-centuries. His highest cricket score of IPL is 132*, which he scored against Royal Challengers Bengaluru in IPL 2020.
5. 548 Runs - Jos Buttler (2018)
Playing for Rajasthan Royals in IPL 2018, Jos Buttler scored 548 runs including 5 half-centuries, his average was 54.80 and strike rate was 155.24. He has been performing consistently well in his IPL career.  He has been playing for RR for 7 years. For RR, he scored 3055 runs but despite all this, before the IPL 2025 auction, RR could not retain him and now he is a part of Gujarat Titans. For Gujarat Titans, as a wicket-keeper batsman, he scored 538 runs, including 5 half-centuries. Because of him and Gill and Sudharsan duo, Gujarat Titans has already qualified for the IPL 2025 playoffs.

Will Indian Test Cricket survive after Rohit and Virat's retirement?
The greatest pair in Indian cricket history so far, Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli, announced their retirement from Test cricket a few days ago. First of all, Rohit Sharma posted his retirement on Instagram story on May 7, while exactly 5 days later, Virat also did the same on X. After this, every cricket fan and Rohit-Virat fan broke the silence and targeted BCCI. Everyone just wants to know the answer to a simple question that why did these 2 legendary cricketers retire from Tests before the important series against England? Many types of rumors are being spread on social media regarding Rohit-Virat's retirement from Tests.
Rohit Sharma's Test career includes 67 matches, in which he has scored 4,301 runs at an average of 40.57. He has 12 centuries and 18 half-centuries to his name. His best Test cricket score was 212 runs, which he scored against South Africa.  Under his captaincy, India reached the final of WTC 2023, where they faced defeat against Australia. During the WTC 3 cycle, India lost the home Test series against New Zealand and the BGT 2024/25 against Australia. During both series, Rohit Sharma did not bat well.
Virat Kohli, on the other hand, played a total of 123 matches in his Test career, scoring a total of 9230 runs at an average of 46.85. While he made his Test debut against the West Indies on 20 June 2011, he played his last Test against Australia in Sydney during the Border-Gavaskar Trophy last year. Over the years, he has established himself as a mainstay of the Indian batting lineup, known for his aggressive yet technically sound approach. He scored 30 centuries and 31 half-centuries in his Test career, with his highest score being an unbeaten 254. Under his captaincy, India reached the WTC Final 2021, where the Indian team lost to New Zealand.
Team India will take on England in a 5-match Test series from June 20, 2025. According to sources, BCCI did not consider Rohit and Virat for this series as well as the WTC 3 cycle, due to which they retired. But now, after Rohit and Virat's retirement, how will the Indian team handle the pressure against England? Will they be able to achieve what India did under Virat's captaincy?
After the legendary duo retired from Tests, many questions have been raised about the Indian team management. Fans want them to at least play their farewell Test, but their demand is not going to be fulfilled as Rohit and Virat's decision to retire is final. They will both continue to play in ODIs. This shows that the ODI World Cup 2027 is still in their sight, but will Rohit and Virat be able to last till the 2027 ODI World Cup or no

Why is Sachin Tendulkar known as “The god of cricket” ?
Tumblr media
Sachin Tendulkar, the player who became the breath of Indian cricket fans for 2 decades. Perhaps today's kids don't know the legacy of Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar. There was a time when Sachin was on the field, the crowd would just cheer him and when Sachin walks to the pavilion, it means the crowd goes back home. He has the most runs, most centuries, most half-centuries in international cricket. He is the first player in the world to score a double century in ODIs. After his retirement of 12 years, today's phenomenal batsman chased his records. Sachin was one of those batsmen who stayed at the crease and India never lost a match. If we look at the statistics of this legend, we get to know about his aura.
He has 34357 international runs including 100 centuries in all formats. The man whose fans travel thousands of miles to see him. It is because of him that modern-day greats like Virat Kohli, world-winning captain MS Dhoni, Rohit Sharma and many other players started playing cricket.  Apart from this, there are many players around the world who got inspired by this great player. Sachin Tendulkar scored 15921 Test runs including 51 centuries and 68 fifties. He scored 18426 runs including 49 centuries and 96 fifties. He also played a T20I match against South Africa where he scored 10 runs and also took a wicket of Justin Kemp. Even his bowling figures are incredible where he took 154 ODI wickets, 46 Test wickets and one wicket in T20I. Very few people know but he was also a great fielder where he took 256 international catches.
Sachin had only one dream in his early career to win the 50-over World Cup. He did everything to win the World Cup but he failed in the first 5 World Cups. In the 2003 World Cup, he scored 673 runs but he failed in the final and India lost. In 2007, the Indian team was eliminated early in the World Cup where India lost to Bangladesh and Sri Lanka in the group matches.
At that time Sachin started thinking about his retirement but a phone call from Viv Richards changed his life. If Richards had not suggested that he play one more World Cup, Sachin's dream of winning the World Cup would never have been fulfilled. Apart from international cricket, Sachin also played 861 domestic matches including List A and first class where he scored 47395 runs. He has 141 centuries and 230 50+ scores in domestic cricket.
In the 2011 World Cup, Sachin was the 2nd leading run scorer where he scored 482 runs including 2 hundreds and 2 fifties. Due to Sachin's innings, India was able to reach such cricket scores many times from where India could win the match. In the semifinal, he scored 85 against Pakistan in Mohali.
Nov 16 2013, Sachin played his last international match in Wankhede. After the match, Sachin praised the 22 yard pitch and thanked his teammates and fans. Indian cricket fans were really sad for him. All the fans thanked Sachin for his contribution to Indian cricket. 12 years after his retirement, there are many records that belong solely to his name.
