The last bit was about me realizing that no matter what I’m teaching, a person whom doesn’t understand and REFUSES to no understand will never.

Anyways! I’m still learning that being becoming more independent that you will use a lot of time, but I’m learning the opposite of what I’m taught in school which was do a lot with not too much effort. I do realize that you can put TOO much effort and lean into perfectionism and that’s dangerous, so balancing the two is very important, but I’m also realizing how schools don’t take into account all the other extra curriculars a student gets into (and that’s even now at a college level)!

This is why I’m going into psych!

How do you feel about the quality versus quantity in your area?

Would you change anything? Please give anecdotal and statistical evidence!

Statistically, Texas is almost the WORST state for education (35 out of 50).
