Large peppermint tea with chia seeds
Banana on sourdough topped with crushed blueberries and sweetener. So kinda like jam! 👍
Leftovers: red lentil pasta in tomato base, veg and turkey meatballs.
Savoury porridge with low salt chicken stock cube, egg, quatre of an avocado. Dark soy sauce drizzle. Seasonings: garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper powders. Chilli flakes.

Tomato base, 100% red lentil pasta with lean turkey meatballs and veg. (Seasoning: garlic powder, salt and pepper, basil dried, 1 sweetener tablet, paprika powder and a hint of chilli flakes and a low salt chicken stock cube).

Salmon and red lentil pasta in tomato base: I only ate two fork fulls and threw the rest out because it was leftovers and it tasted meh

red lentil pasta. Red bell peppers. Green onion. Pasta sauce. Tofu pieces.
Garlic basil salt soy sauce honey vegan cream cheese black peppercorn are the seasonings.
In the bowl is only half of what I made so I'll see how I feel and have the rest tomorrow if I feel full. So far I want more. The sauce is so gooood.
