Did I meantion it's heavily inspired by the song "Suburbia Overture" and takes place in a secluded mansion with HUGE Stoker's Dracula vibes?

DCA Advent Calendar!

Presenting the totally spectacular idea of an calendar!

Don't get me wrong. I'm a big fan of chocolate, but I've personally always wished advent calendars had a bit more to them. You get me? Yes, I could buy those pricy luxury ones, but you never know if you'll end up liking them.

I want something written. A book, with chapters that release every day leading up to Christmas. But to my knowledge, something like that doesn't exist.

Until now!

Introducting, a book advent calendar! Because if I couldn't find one, I was going to make it!

Whats inside? Oh a whole bunch!

A complete, Christmas themed story containing 12-13 chapters. The chapters will be released every other day leading up to Christmas.

In the perfect world I would like to do 2 stories - each with 12-13 chapters - alternating release days leading up to the 25. However writing that many words seems impossible given the time crunch I would have to do. To make it easier on myself I am aiming to only complete one story. However if I have time I will include a second one.

This project will take a lot of work; I'll need to write around 25-50k words between Nov 10th-Dec 20th alone- 50-75k if I do a second . It will be a bit time-consuming, so I'll likely drop off the face of the earth for the time.

I may commission a few artists (If my wallet will allow it) to add a cover art and little pieces to the chapters. I wish I could guarantee, but we will see how the time goes leading up to December.

Oh no. I am obsessed with this idea! Has anyone started drafting a fic? This is all I'm going to think about for weeks.

This 'cast list' is still not official and not gonna be all of it so expect some changes. I wanted to include the other glamrock bunch and the rest of the security breach into the au as much as I could.

And an explaination on how they were cursed by the Rabbit King in this au of mine.

Much like the barbie nutcracker, Sun and Moon were originally supposed to rule their kingdom side by side after the passing of the previous ruler. But because the two constantly fight and have been at each other's neck until their debut to society, the ruling of the kingdom has been passed to the kingdom's advisor Springtrap.

Upon receiving the power of the ruler's scepter, the Rabbit King uses its magic to turn the two princes not just into two separate and abled nutcrackers.

Oh nooo~ that would be too easy. Instead, he had them trapped into one singular body.

Have them fight within themselves on their own till either one destroys the other. That way, they'd be too busy ruining each other to even think of how to defeat him.

Making himself into the Rabbit King has been planned all along apparently. As a witty little bunny tags along as his spy and is surprisingly a magic prodigy.

*drum sound effect* I finally finished the designs for the Twin Rulers au!! I have individual ref sheets for them, but I'm going to post those separately so I can give you info on everyone without dumbing a bunch on you guys! This is mainly to give some info on the au as a whole. So *ahem"

~~~~~A Kingdom was under Fredbear's rule for quite some time until, he disappeared without a trace. His loyal staff felt that taking the throne would be wrong, they liked their assigned jobs! And talking his place didn't seem right. After a whole 2 months of the throne still being empty they realized one of them NEEDED to take the throne until Freddy was found. One of the jesters, Sun, hated the stress in the castle because of this. He agreed to take the throne until Freddy was found. His brother, Moon, knew this would be a horrible idea, but he couldn't let Sun do this alone. He suggested they co-ruled together. Relieved to finally have a decision made, they agreed.

After 3 weeks of the public announcement for the new rulers, there were several assassination attempts (more than usual). The staff searched for a royal guard for the boys. They went through 4 different guards in the past 2 months, each one betraying them in some form. They were losing hope in finding a dedicated guard. During another trial for a guard, a human entered, their skills were extraordinary! They became Sun and Moon's next royal guard. But the damage was done and they were apprehensive about them...at first. This guard showed genuine dedication for these rulers, protective and caring. They wouldn't let anything hurt them.~~~~~

Hey hey did you know I love Monty almost as much as I love Sun and Moon?

Here's my version of what I think they'd look like

So to summarize what this is about

Y/N is a field scientist sent by NASA to observe and study flora and fauna of a planet while preparing it for a small human settlement in the future. But something goes wrong and their ship crash lands on the wrong planet!

Imagine their surprise to be captured by an alligator alien named Monty. Monty is also stranded on this planet but takes Y/N as a prisoner, initially believing they had something to do with the attack on his ship and crew. But a little time together might soften that tough exterior
