it sucks cuz my fave ben & jerry ice cream has a pic of jimmy fallon on it. the tonightâs dough. itâs so good though. but i hate having him in my house. i hate seeing his little cuck face in the store. i legit turn the container around when i store it in the freezer to minimize face to face time. whenever iâm gonna buy some i tell my sister âiâm going to get the little cuck cream at the storeâ and she knows what i mean

new rule
every time you think about a body part that you don't like (me for example, I don't like my facial hair) you must immediately think about a different part of your body that you do like.
for example if I'm feeling dysphoric about the stubble on my face, I must also think about how I like the curvature of my arms, or how I like the unique amber-green coloring of my eyes. it can be any compliment about your appearance that you can think of
I feel like one of the main things that makes dysphoria so rough is that there isn't any balance between criticism and compliment, and the more you think about parts of your body that you don't like, the more they become a focus in your head

#dont get me wrong i love sc/vi but its so hard to shiny hunt when youre visually impaired#i love pla because#while it takes *forever* like 90% of the time#it has an auditory cue fhat theres a shiny nearby#and it keeps me from sitting there squinting at my screen for 10 hours because i missed 3 shinies#also i love the current 0% for shining pearl and 1% for brilliant diamond#as someone whos played bd. oaugh. yea.

Maybe itâs just because I have Moby Dick brainworms (brain whales?) but it bothers me when people see some weird footage of a big ocean creature and are like âNOO THAT CANT BE JUST A WHALE TJATS SOME KIND OF SEA MONSTERâ because in what world is a whale not a sea monster??? Itâs a hundred foot long insanely powerful beast of the ocean with the intelligence of a human that can destroy ships and swallow people whole and battle sharks and giant squids for fun. Just because theyâre a well-known animal doesnât mean they canât also be a sea monster.
