secret relationship (airfryer)

fire spirit decided to go back to his volcano, and guess who he found there.

“ssssso.. why are you here? did fire ssssspirit ssssummon you?”

“no, no i just wanted to visit.”

“are you hisssss.. ssssssignificant other??”

“N-NO? what would make you think that?”

“PITAYA DRAGON. WHAT ARE YOU DOING?”

“oh well here comessssss your boyfriend :3”

pitaya swooped their large wings and flew away laughing. wind archer was the same shade of red as the lava in the volcano.

“cmon, lets go to another room.”

they sat down together and fire spirit started by asking

“why did you want to visit?”

“why do you need to know?”

“you know damn well pitaya is watching. i dont want this relationship getting out prematurely.”

fire spirit tugs on wind archers cheek playfully.

“sooooo.. did i hear someone is dating?”

stormbringer pokes her head into the cave before coming in and sitting down next to fire spirit and wind archer.

“please dont tell anyone..” wind archer pleaded.

“oh you know im telling them! besides—“ her voice took on a softer tone “i promise theyll be supportive.”

~at the forest~

“sooooo.. why are we here?” frost queen clearly looked annoyed. fire spirit was already yapping with the other elemntals and even some of the animals that were there. its like he forgot why they were there.

“so, wind archer fire spirit, are you gonna explain why youre here?”

fire spirit looks up from his recently burned flower and the fox staring over it and says-

“oh yeah, me and wind archer are dating”

“WHAT HAPPENED TO BEING SECRETIVE?” wind archer is screaming at him and looks like he wants to become a tree. fire spirit just shrugged and went back to flaying flowers. moonlight pats him on the back and says congratulations in her silliest voice.

frost queen and sea fairy are just staring at the scene, fire spirit accidentally burning a tree and desperately trying to stop it, wind archer looking like he wanted to evaporate, and moonlight patting him on the back. stormbringer was also cackling manically.

“FIRE SPIRIT. STOP BURNING DOWN THAT TREE.”

“i like u too :3”

“…what..?”

then fire spirit promptly pulled wind archer closer and just.. kissed him.

all the other guardians immediately burst into laughter, even the normally stotic frost queen. wind archer looks way too embarrassed compared to the silly fire spirit who is ruffling his hair playfully.

“now thats the fire spirit i know!” stormbringer calls out while still giggling.

wind archers allergy

fire spirit didnt know about wind archers perfume allergy. recently, moonlight had gifted fire spirit some perfume. fire spirit had asked why, and she just said she had extra before disappearing. he was confused but it actually smelt pretty good.

wind archer could already feel him coming. he would come every other day, screaming his name.

“HEY WINDY!!” sure enough, the screaming started. but this time, something felt off. wind archers nose was tickling, even though he was just on his normal patrol route.

“windy? you look like youre gonna sneeze.”

“it’s stuck..”

“oh”

fire spirit settled down next to him, walking at his pace. he gently booped his nose.

the sneeze was half stifled and soft, but fire spirit was confused.

“windy.. are you ok?? you almost never sneeze.”

“i dont feel sick.. are you wearing anything new??”

hashwiew!

another quiet sneeze.

“well.. moonlight gave me some perfume.”

“hm?? why?”

“i dont know. she said she had extra and then left.”

“fire spirit.. i have a perfume allergy.”

“WHAT?? WHY DIDNT YOU TELL ME??”

“well i thought it wouldnt ever be needed..”

fire spirit kept profusely apologizing while wind archer stifled sneezes. fire spirit asked if wind archer wanted him to leave, but wind archer just said no, he enjoyed his company.

“windy im so sorry…”

“its—snf—ok..”

fire spirit tried to move away but wind archer always pulled him closer.

“your heat is comforting..”

“b-but youre allergic!”

“its—ashctiew!—ok..”

after they departed, fire spirit went to the city of wizards and confronted moonlight.

“did you know about wind archers perfume allergy?”

“oh yeah.”

“and you knew that i would see wind archers on his patrol?”

“yep.”

“so whyd you give me the perfume?”

“i didnt think youd actually wear it..”

firewind sickfic

wind archer felt… odd. he knew he was sick, but didnt want to dismiss his duties as a guardian.

“HEY WINDY!!!” the voice rang throughout the forest. he immediately knew it was fire spirit.

“snf— hey fire spirit..”

“windy..? you seem.. off.”

“no im—“

cough

“—fine..”

fire spirit looked at him curiously.. “you seem.. sick..”

“well, i just have a little cold, but i need to do my duties..”

suddenly, wind archer let out a harsh sneeze, blowing fire spirit into a tree.

wind archer wiped his nose. “sorry about—snf—that..”

“yeah im taking you to the volcano.”

“what? no, no i need to do my duties!”

“well we can tell millennial tree about it. im sure theyll understand.”

“b-but..”

“well theyre bound to find out anyways…so cmon lets go!”

they walk through the forest, fire spirit entertaining wind archer with his CONSTANT yapping. wind archer trudged behind slowly, occasionally stifling a sneeze or a cough. fire spirit was basically like a personal heater, so he stayed close. eventually they found millennial tree, and fire spirit explained the situation. millennial tree looked at wind archer worriedly as he sniffled. millennial tree gave them the ok to take a break, and delivered them to fire spirit’s volcano.

once they arrived, wind archer asked a crucial question…

“where do you sleep?”

fire spirit looked like he was buffering.

“well.. i normally sleep in the lava.. but i can gather some grass and make like a lawn.. thats where you normally sleep right?”

wind archer nodded absentmindedly and fire spirit ran off to gather whatever.

suddenly, a dragon popped out of nowhere.

“sssssso, are you fire ssssspirits… boyfriend?”

wind archer was completely blindsided. his face flushed a bright red. no one knew that he did have a small crush on fire spirit..

“n-no—snf—why would you think that?”

“well, youre here right.. why?”

“oh.. im sick.. fire spirit insists on taking care of me..”

“HAH!! I KNEW HE WAS GAY!”

“PITAYA WHAT??”

fire spirit looked the same shade as the rubies in his mines, and pitatya laughed manically before flying away.

“s-sorry about that.. theyre a bit, energetic..”

“its —snf—ok..”

“alright ive set up the grass thing.”

fire spirit lead wind archer to the grass, which honestly looked sort of.. bland. but wind archer didnt complain, just settled down politely. fire spirit layed down next to him, snapped his finger, and suddenly a blanket, a warm thermos of chicken noodle soup, and icecream just.. manifested.

“WHAT?! whered you get all of this??”

“oh.. lets just say.. someone owes me a favor :3”

fire spirit gently draped the blanket over wind archer and gave him the thermos, letting him curl up near fire spirit.

“do you wanna watch some tv?”

“you.. have a tv?”

“well.. kind of? i found a projection machine in the trash.”

“why were you looking in the trash..”

“i was bored”

“—snf—ok..”

fire spirit decided to project a random movie and they watched while fire spirit added his own commentary. eventually after a few scoops of icecream wind archer fell asleep, still sniffling. after fire spirit saw this, he turned off the projector and brought wind archer closer. he pulled out a stuffed plush of himself, mimicking his comforting heat. fire spirit snuck away to do what not, and didnt come back until morning.

wind archer woke up to voices. when he opend his eyes, he saw three things.

fire spirit wasnt there.

he was holding a plushie of fire spirit.

the other guardians were there, laughing.

wind archers face flushed red

“i p-promise its not what it lo—snf—looks like!”

“hey windy are you feelin—“

fire spirit strolled in, and stopped in his tracks once he saw the other elementals.

“so.. care to explain what happened here?” stormbringer asked inbetween fits of giggles.

fire spirit, not knowing boundaries, starts explaining.

“so windy was sick and i picked him up and he was snuggling against me—“

wind archer was screaming at him to stop, his face evident with embarrassment. the other elementals continue to giggle and moonlight asks in a matter of fact voice,

“soo…. are you guys dating now?”

now it was fire spirits turn to be embarrassed.

“N-NO?? why would you think that??”

fire spirit sits down next to wind archer and runs his hands through his hair. suddenly, fire spirit heard something and saw wind archer scrunching up his face, the telltale signs of a sneeze.

it was so forceful that it blew fire spirit away. but he didnt stop

AHSHTIEW!

ACSHEIEW!

AHHCSHOO!

“oh youre really going~~” fire spirit said playfully. wind archer sniffled as fire spirit settled down again. wind archer wiped his nose and let fire spirit hug him. wind archer enjoyed the heat that fire spirit emitted. the other guardians sat down next to them and started talking, telling stories and jokes. wind archer was still sniffling and coughing next to fire spirit, but he was laughing as they teased him. wind archer continuously had to stifle sneezes in fear of blowing someone away.

the guardians teased him about that too, but fire spirit defended him, even though he was the victim of it.

a few days later after care, soup, and love, wind archer was all better. once he and fire spirit were alone, wind archer gently kissed him on the cheek before walking out. fire spirit was so blindsided and flustered.

the relationship between wind archer and fire spirit changed after that. occasionally they would kiss lightly, when no one was watching.
