it always fucks me that like .. goro uses a toy gun + toy laser saber in the metaverse. because if you do bring fake guns (as the phantom thieves do) then they become “real” down there, but goro brought actual fake ones. and all the past justice confidants have been children, up until goro. plus the fact he never had a childhood, he probably never had those kinds of toys. i know this was mostly to go along with selling his getup with his robin hood persona down there, but there’s ... gotta be some truth to that. i find it hard to believe it was all faked.

“… let’s say i did have the time to fit your ‘school project’ here into my busy schedule –– what sort of questions would you ask?”

❛  is that so ? well, it wasn’t my intention to. i apologize.  ❜  ouch. smile drops. if there was one thing that was despised ever so much by akechi, it had to be getting put down like so. though, seto wasn’t an adult doing such a thing -- which made it better than it could have been -- but his attitude seemed to fit the bill of one.  ❛  i wanted to interview you on your company, as well as your company’s expansions: the battle city tournament, kaibaland, so on ... that is, if you can fit me into your schedule.  ❜

the obligatory y.go verse post : goro’s still a detective in this verse, however he does duel from time to time -- is known for both his detective skills and his dueling capabilities. his signature card is HONEST. he’s tried making decks with the destiny HERO and elemental HERO archetypes, as well. he duels fans to keep up his reputation and loves the attention he gets. he’ll even enter competitions (entered battle city, but failed to make the finals) for it all. likes to visit places to give tips about duelings, while not too busy with school or his own detective work. that’s all i got UHHHHHH
