Ok i need to put this on here too like badly I need to spread it…

so i had this thought pass by yesterday (at the time i originally wrote this), then thought about it more while showering. 3 individual portraits of See/Hear/Speak no Evil

Spoilers for AA 4-1 and 4-4 from this point forth, i’ll be censoring it because i know some here havent played yet (the weird wording is because I directly copied it from discord)

See no Evil: It would, obviously, be Apollo with Kristoph covering his eyes from behind him. Apollo looks tense, his arms raised to fidget with his bracelet as it tightens around his wrist. Kristoph's hand with the scar also tensed up with that little demonic imagery on it (also wtf was that about lol, it’s cool but seemed so silly to me) One of Pollo's eyes peak through the fingers.

Hear no Evil: This one I had to think about more, but I settled on Klavier. Specifically Klavier when he was 17, at his first trial where he got Nick disbarred. Kristoph's covering his ears as his brother seethes, holding the diary. He looks ready to act. To call out Nick. His grip is tight on the book.

Speak no Evil: This one would be Vera. She looks faint, ready to collapse. Her hand is raised to her mouth, biting on her nail, with Kristoph behind her gently guiding her movement by the wrist. He also holds the nail polish, setting it in Vera's other hand. Her good luck charm.

This is all still floating around in my mind but i wanted to put down what I had so far

personal thoughts about  the meaning behind Rohan’s name:岸辺露伴

so, as I was having my daily “think-over-how-precious-my-bae-is” time, I noticed some connections between Rohan’s name and afterlife=Reimi

(Before starting my rambling, Araki sensei already said that 岸辺 is after a name of a place somewhere in Sendai he doesn’t remember, and 露伴 is named after Japan’s novelist Rohan Kouda幸田露伴, so this post is completely me overthinking)

Anyways! When you consider the meaning of each kanji characters in Rohan’s name, they oddly make sense. 

岸辺(Kishibe)＝riverbanks or coast of lakes

露(Ro)＝dew, or something that is as fugacious as dew

伴(han)＝to be with

It may seem absurd in English, but as a Japanese, these kanjis are relatable.

In Japanese folklores, there is a river that runs between the Afterlife world and the present world called Sanzu River. Also, in Japanese poetry, dew is often used as a metaphor of life aka spirits. So, when you add all the characters,  岸辺露伴 can be coarsely interpreted as “at the bank of the river of Afterlife, I will be with you, my dear spirit”

In DiU, Rohan is the closest person to Reimi, our beloved ghost girl. And in a way DiU is a story of Rohan meeting his long-dead sister friend and trying to grant her last wish.

His relationship with Reimi, and the overall meaning of his name…It makes too much sense to be a coincidence, don’t you think?

Reporting for dewties!! It's Bizzyboy Mo! Hopeful-lee going to get her full name back (But he ain't real gud at listening to the lil' boss. Actually, it almost seems she spites him just a bitty)

aaaand his icon! That was KINDA HARD AS BALLS TO RECREATE STYLISTICALLY.

but it was fun cause it also doubles as a study i guess!! Like I how every bizzy'con has 8 hair strands on the bottom in a nice 4:4. There's only 1 eyebrow and the visible brow is the one not over the bangs. And i had to improvise! Since Mousxander's (pronounced M-ows-zander) does not have facial or hair accessories, she instead has longer hair and the lil' dangly thing on the beret droops forward instead of sticking up.
