On the album title I Forget Where We Were: I thought about this phrase a lot. It’s said quickly, and in the beginning I used it as a kind of joke. But then I realised how much it can mean. The forgetting of places, but also of feelings. It can describe trivial places that you forget as soon as you visited them. Or the ecstatic love of two people who forget everything around them. I tried to trace like a running order of a relationship. When does the feeling of love develop? How does it show? When do you lose this love? How does it linger on?
