Jack valentine his old bandmate said mick used to get a paycheck, buy booze, say something like “i think i wanna get a pet bird” get them, have nowhere to put them and end up giving them up, i think in jacks yt video he said this happened once or twice, and that in general, mick liked animals. Jack seems ro describe him as pretty impulsive,not great with the little money he had either.I cant remember what jacks yt channel is but if u search his name on there you will probably find it

this is the most hilarious thing i’ve ever read! it seems like mick had a habit of getting/buying pets he has no business of having and then having to get rid of them lmaoooo (apparently when he was a kid he used to steal stray cats off the streets and keep them in his room until he got caught and had to throw them back outside)

but mick does seem to be an animal lover, which is so cute imo. he probably would have a house filled with cats and birds if he could have kept up with them! i might have to look into jacks yt channel just to see what else he had to say about peepaw lmaooo

the 70s!mick part is relevant to an ask i’m about to answer, but how interesting! i like that a lot of these dreams are so normal tbh. like almost all mars dreamers have like… regular ass dreams of mick being normal and all that. like, dreams of seeing him in a store are so cute cause back in those days it would have been real plausible to see him in a store!

seraina said mick used to have a parrot but i don’t remember where i read it… but about the cat; yoda? i didn’t know that! was it in the 90s? because i think i remember seeing a picture of mick from around that time where he was sitting with a cat on a bed while holding his guitar

that’s so interesting! i didn’t take mick to be a bird person tbh, but knowing he had a parrot at one point just makes him so much cooler lmaoooo

and yoda was a cat nina and mick had when they were together! don’t know how got him after the breakup, all i know is that they adopted the little guy around the mid 80’s! i’ve never really seen a pic of mick and a cat from that time though… i’ve only ever seen pics of him and ernie ball + thirteen back in the day -aka his peepaw era (oh! and that pic of him and his neighbours cat!!) maybe you’ve seen a pic of him and ernie ball and thought it was a pic from the 90’s?? i know there’s one of the two of them and the caption is something like “attracting pussy since 1981” or something like that lmaooo
