Welcome to Crush! We provide workout guides that can be done at home, on the go, or in the gym! Most guides are 60-day programs, and any one of our guides are suitable for any fitness level, including beginners! It’ll depend on what your goals are to determine which one you’d like to start with :)
GO! - a 60-day program that only requires you and a resistance band (provided with guide if needed). The workouts are circuit style and can be done anywhere in 30min or less. This is a great program for beginners to start getting active and working out, it’s great to tack on to the end of weight lifting sessions as cardio, or to use when on the go or at home when you don’t have access to a gym.
Crush60 At Home - can also be done at home or in any gym because all you need is a piece of cardio equipment and something to lift (i.e., dumbbells). The workouts are little longer than GO!, about 45min and is a combination of resistance and circuit style training. The workouts are fast-paced with cardio, body weight and weighted exercises that will help you build and tone your muscles but also be working up a sweat the whole time to help you lose weight and increase your cardiovascular endurance.
Crush60 - this program can only be done at the gym - you’ll need cardio equipment, dumbbells, barbells, squat rack, and basic machines. This program will take you through 3-phases that will help you build muscle and strength and decrease overall body fat. Make sure to checkout the Complete Package as well, which includes the nutrition guide! Nutrition is a huge component to reaching your fitness goals of building muscle and losing weight, and the program helps you with this by providing macros specific to you and it self-adjusts for each phase of the program.
Booty Bootcamp - this program also can only be done at the gym. It’s very similar to Crush60 except it has a lot more emphasis on the lower body - building the legs and booty! Again, this will help you build muscle and strength and decrease overall body fat.

What is this "Crush" of which you speak?
I hear y'all talking about it and I can’t remember who mentioned they did it or else I’d tag you, but like, what is it? I hear there are different versions of it, At Home, Go, etc.? Is it like a 60-day workout type deal? Is it suitable for beginners? Is it suitable for those of us for whom completing Week 1 Day 1 of C25K is like a multi-week process? (I admit to this 😔)
I’m always looking for a good bandwagon to jump on, y'dig? And you guys seem super hype about this! It sounds fun.

I just want to say it's really cool of you guys to give out samples of your workouts. I'm going on a trip for 2 weeks so I bought some resistance bands so that I can use the go sample while I'm away from the gym. I hope you guys don't hate me for that lmao but I'm a kid w no money and already bought booty bootcamp so I can't afford another whole program. it's just nice to feel like you guys care about the community enough to give out stuff for free. <3
Yes that’s exactly why we give out samples. You definitely don’t want to buy something if you don’t even know it’s something you’ll like doing ya know!!!! The samples are also a great way to get ideas on how to structure your workouts too!

I crushed day 2 this morning. By the time I finished I wanted to throw up and my legs were super wobbly. Afterwards I cooked a delicious cheese omlete. I’m excited to see what the rest of the summer holds for me!

Crush Day 18: Arms
Worked out this morning instead of in evening since I have my official first day of work this afternoon! Wish me luck I have NO CLUE what to expect 😅
There were like 1038292 people in the gym. Why are you here at 9:30am?? I THOUGHT NO ONE WOULD BE HERE. Then they all left when I did 😑
I am super sore but felt good during this workout. Slowly moving up in weights. 😆 Almost done with Phase 1!!

First, check out your arms!! DANG💪🏼
Second, it's crazy how when you start the first circuit of any workout in GO! you're like "okay, I got this, this won't be too bad, just a couple more circuits to go" but then halfway through the second circuit you're thinking "wth is happening, this is so hard, omg how much longer is left of this exercise" and then by the third circuit you're not even thinking, you're just trying to finish.
But so glad you're liking GO! so far! We're having fun with it too!


Crush face after day 2 of GO! 💪🏼
I decided to do it since working out can usually help my cramps, and I made it through all of it (except the last two rounds when repeating the second circuit). My face is pure confusion at how I could get this sweaty in 23 minutes 😭
I went in the pool immediately after, and as soon as I did there was a random downpour that didn’t even show up on the weather radar. Typical Chicago. I was too tired to move so I just laid on the raft and let the rain pelt me til it passed 😂
Now time to eat lunch and pass out!

SO HAPPY THEY CAME YAY!!
And proud of you! That's a big accomplishment!

My resistance bands for Go! just came in, HAPPY MONDAY TO ME 💪🏽 Haven’t been able to workout for the past few days because life got the best of me for a bit, but I’m so excited to do Day 6 tonight when I finish my research paper!! Side note: today is the first time in 3 years that I intentionally did not wear my Fitbit all day and it’s so refreshing. I’m normally obsessively checking to see how many steps I have and how my numbers are looking compared to everyone in my daily or weekly challenge. It’s ridiculous. It was nice to walk around as I normally do but not be thinking about how many steps I had. Especially because I’ve been having sporadic hip and knee pains lately, I would have normally pushed myself to walk too much but today, I would sit down for short periods to rest. It was just a really nice break.

WOAH! You've made incredible progress! Keep up the hard work in phases 1 and 2!


Crush60 Phase 1 before and after!! Last day of phase one and I’m shocked that my tummy/love handles have progressed as much as they have!! This is my problem area and I 100% expected it to be the last to go. The amazing thing is that my weight has stayed exactly the same. I’m so happy!!

If you're looking to grow the butt and legs, then you should at least try Booty Bootcamp! Both programs are great depending on how you want to work out on any given day!

Weird pose 😂 but I didn’t miss this monday so it’s a huge possibility I’ll go to the gym for a second time this week. Usually I only go once and most of the times I like to train upper body. Trying to grow my butt and legs now 😁 Also I’m holding all my things with me as I was just leaving.
I’m seeing small progress all around and I’m so excited! Hopefully more to come soon 💪🏻
When paycheck comes I might buy GO or BBC 🤔 not sure which one or maybe both.
