if (and it’s a big if) we ever got an aftg tv series i’d only want it if it’s period accurate. like it’s gotta take place in 2006. if the events of the books took place now it wouldn’t have happened. the amount of technology? and surveillance? neil and mary would’ve had a VERY different experience on the run. also it needs to be in 2006 because of the general vibes tbh.
