This reminds me of this odd fellow from my Gentleman’s Club in- what? 1823? 1830..? Eh, doesn’t matter.

Odd fellow he was! Around 25 years of age and still hadn’t blossomed completely. Not a hair on his face. Sounded like a young boy. Obsessed with fencing. He would fence anyone. Fenced me around the block a couple of times. Good man!

Our interactions have been a little sporadic so for, but I would love to get to know you better! I know you're quite busy with the pirate war going on, but would you like to have a cup of tea sometime? Alright, it seems I have to repeat myself. I do not need any of your pistachios, silver or gold. You would stay on my couch for two nights, for free, under the condition that you would behave respectfully towards my tenant.

From this interaction alone, I can see that this is not going to be pleasant for either of us, even for just two nights. And so, I have to prioritise the well-being of my tenant over a man I just met, no matter how hardworking both him and his therapy alligator are. Legally or otherwise.

However, I do have a tent you can borrow. There is a nice hiking trail just a few kilometres from my house that goes through a clearing that's perfect for camping. At the start of the trail, there's even a little house with a bathroom and a microwave. Everything a traveller like yourself would ever need! :)

Lissen, i dont know how "land lording" works, but since you're housing the roach loser, ye prolly can house an actual hard working man and his therapy gator right?

Anycase, I'll be leaving this... Rent thing right here-

But if you're having trouble on the housing-front, I could let you stay on my sofa for two nights as my house guest. No payment necessary! Tragically I cannot pay my bills with pistachios anyway. If I could, I would have specialized in another field, haha!

And while I do not doubt you are a hard-working and upstanding man, there's just one thing I would like to mention. For this to work I'm going to need you to be a bit more respectful towards the people around you. Starting with my tenant.

I do! Well- sort of, anyway. I like to think there's some truth to it, but mostly I just think it's really fun! Let me check what it says today. Fingers crossed for good news!

Let's see, March 24th... It says I'm going to have an adventurous day, and I should find a partner in crime to have these adventures with. Sounds fun! I love trying new things! Rosch can vouch for that, haha. I make him come along to all kinds of things. ... It also says I should answer some work emails to get the jump on my busy Monday.

I guess this is what I mean with "sort of", because I'm not going to do that. I am a Capricorn, by the way! Almost forgot to write that!

Lemon Fact #3

I wasn't sure what sort of fact to write for this one, or what sort of fact you would like to hear... Perhaps you're looking for a way to beat Scurvy? The pirate? Haha.

So, as you probably know, lemons were historically used to combat scurvy among sailors. This is not a problem anymore, as the diet on modern ships contain an abundance of vitamin C, but for a time every ship (at least in the British navy) was required to carry enough lemon juice so everyone could have around 2 tablespoons (approx. 1 ounce) of juice per day! 🍋
