After years of wearing the CB3000 that I had modified for long term wear (new cuff ring from stainless steel, epoxy in the vent holes, a plastic insert to prevent pullout) I experimented with a whole bunch of the Chinese stainless steel cages. Almost all of them were junk, but the A27x styles were surprisingly well made. I settled on the A272, which is slightly shorter and tighter than the CB3000, but the cuff ring is very comfortable. It's made from 304 stainless, and easy to clean. You can find them easily on AliExpress.
