A lot of woman that work at advertising agency probably think and look like you.
They have to be based on all the ads these days, no?
I'm sorry to be the one to tell you this, but advertising agencies only make the ads that clients want them to. And companies only want the ads that market research shows them resonate with consumers.
In other words: There isn't some enclave of Black-thirsty redheads sneakily inserting their fantasies in ads. Ads look like this because as a society we're growing progressively more liberal and open-minded, and having diversity-celebrating ads is a way for companies to show that they're frontmovers.
