An almost haunting violin melody rang in the air. Mari sat on a bench just outside her home's building. She was playing a tune fitting of dungeon in a dark fantasy world, low and beautiful. She liked to practice in public, since the reactions were a good way to tell how good she was playing. She played every day there was a warm dusk like this.*

Now that he could get a REAL look at it, its paws weren't even paws... fluffy human hands with paw pats and claws, a mouth with sharp feline teeth, but a human tongue when it dropped the toy. eyes far to expressive for a cat. Even the body shape was more like a human woman covered in layers of fur than it was a large cat.*

And now its also a bit less intimidating... Seeing as the creature was now batting around the toy like a house pet.*

I was going on a night jog and saw a weird scared looking cat and tried to see if it was friendly, and it BIT me! Not a little cat chomp either no I am BLEEDING... which is weird cause it happened like. 30 minutes ago... Should i still be bleeding? Either way I do NOT have the money to go to the damn hospital man!!

*The mowhawk woman, Mari, quickly grabbed the leash now as the black cat got distracted about to pounce on a bird it saw.*

GOTCHA! Good lord that's the last time I let your leash slip. I know you don't like being stuffed up in that apartment baby, but making me chase you half way across the park hoping you don't try to cross the street?? Really?? Meanie butt.

*She wrapped the cats leash around her hands twice, before picking him up and petting him*

*It was an average day in Hatchetfield. Nighthawks screeching in the woods, some distant argument heard from the park, and.... a black cat, with a leash vest bolting right past Melissa on her walk. Followed by a clearly exhausted woman with colorful mowhawk running after it, trying to grab the leash it was dragging.*

The named individual, known as CCRP's sweetest.. Melissa- was sitting on a park bench, scrolling away on her phone.. Looking at pages of cats.. Texting her friends.. The usual- when that black cat dashed by- her attention was quickly captured as she stood up, about to follow behind when the mohawked woman cam running.

The glasses wearing woman quickly put her phone into her blazer's pocket, following nearby.

' Hey - you ! Is that cat yours ? Why is it out of control ? ! ' ✿

She was already assuming the worst as she caught up to the woman- just barely.
