last thing abt work crush: did he get back w his gf? yes. is tht tough cookies for me? also yes BUT i think this crush was necessary and important for me bc its the first time im p sure ever tht ive been able to snap out of this terrible self deprecation tht rlly drags me down when i catch feelings!! was it perfect the entire time? no and i certainly did slip up but it feels so refreshing to know tht i can be normal abt a crush and be less hard on myself when i get lost in all the mental gymnastics
