Mat: Lots and lots of vinyl.  I have a whole stack of them in the unused store room in The Coffee Bean. It’s kind of predictable, with me being me...but it keeps me happy, and I like being happy! Mat: Definitely! I think about a lot of things, like finally teaching Carmensita some type of music instrument, holding my high school band reunion…a lot of dreaming happens actually. And yes I sometimes catch myself lost in thought but rarely, I try to avoid the embarrassment haha…
